This Recipe book by Elle Milaras is making peoples hcg experience in
the kitchen much more easier, and eating so much more enjoyable.
Elle started her own journey on the 4 Phase Fat Elimination HCG
Protocol early in 2012. The recipes in the Australian HCG Diet Recipes
Cookbook are complementry to Cyndi O'meara's 4 Phase Fat Elimination
HCG Protocol Allowed foods list which, many people are finding success
in when completing the HCG protocol. Elle went in search for more
recipe ideas with multicultral flavours in mind.

Inspired by Australia's unique qualities, it influenced Elle to create
the many wholesome, flavoursome and multicultral recipes found in the
Australian HCG Diet Recipes cookbook, which I aspire for you to enjoy.


The recipes and tips found in the Australian HCG Diet Recipe cookbook
are in relation to Phase 2, the Core Phase with additional ingredients
incorporated to suit the existing recipes for Phase 4, the Maintanence
Phase. Not only is there fabulouse recipes, Elle also shares her own
experience on the protocol, how to organise your hcg pantry, dining
out with success, vegetarian options, colourful photographes and video
references, skin care and relaxation ideas whilst on the HCG protocol
and beyond.

Saganaki _ _ Baked prawns (shrimp)

INGREDIENTS:
100g green prawns 2 cups classic tomato sauce (see recipe)
1 tablespoon tomato paste (contains no sugar or oil)
1 garlic clove
1 spring onion (optional)
Pinch of oregano
2 drops stevia
1 tablespoon prawn stock (see recipe) Salt and pepper

Method: Peel, trim and chop the garlic and spring onion. Place into a
small cast iron pan; add prawn stock and saut for two minutes. Pour
the tomato sauce into pan; add the tomato paste, oregano and stevia
drops, stir. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the
prawns leaving the tails intact, remove the heads, and devein;
thoroughly wash. Arrange the prawns into the pan, and place in a
preheated oven at 180oC. Cover and cook for 12 minutes or until prawns
turn pink in colour. Remove from the oven, season and garnish with a
few sprigs of parsley and lemon wedge. Serve at the table with a Greek
style salad, topped with an added salad of fennel and onion. _ _

_Cooking with a cast iron pan, serving straight from the oven to the
table gives a rustic feel to any meal. A normal fry pan is acceptable;
however, place the tomato sauce and prawns into an earthen ware dish
for baking._
