WHAT ABOUT OVERTRAINING?
Overtraining is probably one of the most abused terms in fitness
today. While the phenomenon of overtraining is certainly real, most
people never reach it. They just don't have the time or desire to
workout often enough to get to an overtrained state. However, with
that being said, I'm going to give you a safety net to insure you
don't overtrain. I've included a week-by-week calendar as well as a 4
week overview laying exactly when you should train to make sure you
are getting the most out of the program and not putting yourself at
risk.
WILL I HOLD ONTO THESE GAINS?
There's no reason that you shouldn't hold onto the gains you make on
this program as long as you continue to keep some form of arm training
in your workouts. You certainly won't include this amount of arm
training volume in your program moving forward (at least you
