Take Action Now to keep Your Baby from Having a Deformed Head!
Your baby could be permanently deformed because of an epidemic affecting up to one in three infants who sleep on their backs
Don’t let your baby be one of them!
Since babies started sleeping on their backs, there has been an expontial increase in babies developing Flat Head Syndrome, also known as plagiocephaly and brachycephaly, conditions that can cause temporary or even permanent disfiguring of a baby's head. As you can see from the photos below, this can cause flattening on one side of the head, or across the entire back, pushing the top of the head into a cone shape. It can even cause the forehead to bulge out on one side, one ear to shift forward, and affect the symmetry of the face.
The consequences can be devastating, a permanent deformity that causes adults to stare and other children to make fun of, or even bully, the affected child. Helmets won't fit the child correctly, and because helmets are required for so many sports and activities, this can jepoardize the safety of your child. If you wait too long, it can be too late.
Children with head flattening are also at high risk for:
learning and developmental delays orthodontic and TMJ problems psychological issues
These photos show examples of the types of deformity that can occur as a result of Flat Head Syndrome:
The good news is…
There is an easy solution!
You can keep this from happening to your baby, IF you have the right information. It's not difficult to prevent a flat head, or even treat it successfully, as long as you know what to do, and take action when your baby is very young, the earlier the better.
If you wait until your baby is older, it will be too late.

Is your infant at high risk for Flat Head Syndrome?
YES if your baby sleeps on his or her back YES if your baby spends time each day in bouncers, rockers, swings, or carseats YES if your baby usually turns their head to one side, especially while sleeping (also known as torticollis)
If your baby is at high risk or is already showing signs of head flattening, you NEED the information in this ebook to protect them from a deformed head
You need to read this book if any of the following applies to you…
you are expecting a baby or have a newborn and want to prevent this scary condition
you have a baby under one year old who already has flat spots on his or her head
you have a baby who has been diagnosed with one or more of the following conditions:
plagiocephaly
brachycephaly
torticollis you are considering using a helmet for your baby to treat Flat Head Syndrome
This is a serious problem, and it will happen to nearly 1/3 of babies who sleep on their backs.
And here’s a secret...
most pediatricians don't know enough about this condition because it's a relatively new issue
You need to arm yourself with the right knowledge that you can find here
How could you sleep at night knowing that your baby is deformed because you didn't know enough to prevent it?
Dear Parent,
The scariest thing happened
I was a typical first time mom, and I tried so hard to do the right thing for my new little baby boy. The scary thing is that I very nearly caused him permanent damage because of what I didn’t know. I believed the people who told me not to worry about the flat spot on my baby’s head, that no baby’s head is perfect, it will just go away on its own as he grows.
Well I found out later that it probably wouldn’t go away without treatment, but by that time it was almost too late. If he had not been treated before he was a year old, my son would have likely been left with a permanently misshapen head. And if I had just known how to prevent the problem in the first place, I might have saved thousands of dollars and my son may not have had to wear a helmet.
I tried my best but it wasn't enough
Just like you, I spent SO many hours reading books, researching online, and talking to other parents to learn how to be the best mother I could be, but it was just not enough.
My baby was a good sleeper, and spent about 15 hours a day asleep when he was an infant. I followed the instructions I was given to put him to sleep on his back at all times. Little did I know that all these hours when he was peacefully sleeping, his head was flattening. It turns out he had torticollis, where the neck muscles are tight on one side. Because he was always turning his head in the same direction, one side of his head was getting even flatter than the other. I didn’t notice it until it was almost too late. One day I looked down at his head from above and saw that his forehead was bulging out and one of his ears had actually shifted forward! Can you imagine my horror?
People, including my parents and pediatrician, still said not to worry, it would go away as he gets older. The problem is, nobody knows how much.
Well the bottom line is that my son’s head wasn’t getting better on its own. By the time I realized how bad it had gotten, it was almost too late. What everyone had dismissed as a mild cosmetic problem turned out to be a severe case of Flat Head Syndrome (actually a combination of two conditions known as brachycephaly and plagiocephaly). He was also late in reaching normal developmental milestones such as rolling over, sitting up, and crawling because he would rather spend time on his back.
I read the stories of many other parents on online discussion boards, and some of them were enough to break your heart. Parents who were told not to worry about their baby’s misshapen head, only to realize later that it was not getting better, or the improvement wasn’t enough, when it was already too late to do anything about it. There is only a short window of time to fix this problem, when a baby is young and the skull is still soft. There were parents who just cried every time they bathed their child and the flat spots were even more obvious. There were parents who feared their children would be teased or even bullied at school because of their funny looking head. Children can be so cruel to other kids who do not look normal. The saddest part is that these parents felt guilty every single day when they looked at their precious children because they didn’t know enough to do anything to treat the problem before it was too late. I didn't want my son to be disfigured because I didn't do something to prevent it.
How I fixed his problem
I was very lucky.
After many hours of research, I realized in time that I needed to take action to help my son, despite what everyone had been telling me. What I learned made me get a second opinion from a specialist who told me that without treatment, my son’s head was probably going to be misshapen for the rest of his life. In the end, he got the treatment that he needed in time, and he is a now a beautiful - and best of all normal - looking child.
Now I want to share all that information with you! I know there are other parents who might be in the same situation I was in, and I want to help them prevent or treat this problem in their own babies before it’s too late.
You will find everything you need to know about how to prevent and treat this problem, and also how to make sure your baby has everything he or she needs to develop normally.
My ultimate goal is to help other parents who are dealing with flat head syndrome in their babies. Ten percent of the profits from this book will be used to fund a scholarship program to help parents whose babies need a cranial helmet but are unable to afford it.
Sincerely,
Sarah
