Meet The Guy Who's Trying To Help Your Surfing

Hey,

My name is Cris Mills and I help surfers improve their bodies so
they can surf better and stay in the water.  I've been fortunate
enough to be able to study with some of the brightest health and
exercise professionals in the world.

But it was really through my own problems and serious injuries that I
became focused on working with and helping surfers.  My body was a
constant tug of war with various aches, chronic injuries, and other
ailments that were starting to ruin my surf-time, and it just plain
sucked.

I had been in the fitness / rehab profession for quite some time, and
also had that insane passion for surfing like we all have.  One day
after missing out on some solid hurricane swell in my home state of
Florida, because of a re-ocurring back problem, I finally decided
I'd had enough.  I couldn't let my body, and it's injuries and
weakness keep me from surfing.

So I focused my career on helping surfers stay in the water, improve
their performance, enhance their nutrition, and basically help
surfers keep surfing. because it's a terrible thing to lose out
on.  I began to incessantly study with the best health practitioners,
body-workers, corrective exercise specialists, and performance
coaches so I could take what I learned and apply it to one of the most
incredible sports in the world surfing.

Through the years of working clients, athletes, and surfers from all
walks of life and skill levels, and integrating what I've learned
from my own issues, I've developed the process for helping to rebuild
a body for surfing.  Rid surfers of their weaknesses, reinforce
strength around surf-specific problem areas, and dial in the best
possible movements and exercises, all in a specific process that has
incredible results.

I've had to suffer through missing out on boat trips because of a
shoulder issue, or not having the strength to stay on the break during
