MYTH #1: Fat Burners & Fat Loss Pills Will Help You Lose 14 lbs of Fat in 2 Weeks

NOT TRUE! Many "fat loss" pills are filled with diuretics such as green tea extract, dandelion roots and caffeine, which excrete water out of your body. So essentially YES you do lose weight, but weight that you NEED (i.e. water weight). The worst thing you can do is dehydrate your body, for it is very unhealthy and the weight loss results are only temporary. You will not see any long-lasting weight loss in your body, because you are not burning fat. Instead, you are draining water out of your body, which ultimately results in being fatigued, moody, and unhealthy.

MYTH #2: Food Should Not Be consumed Within 3 hours Before Going To Bed

NOT TRUE! Eating before going to sleep is fine. It depends on what you are eating. This theory is derived from the fact that most people consume garbage foods (i.e. chips, chocolate, pop, and other junk foods) before going to bed, and that is how fat is stored. Eating lean protein sources, and low carbohydrate meals before bed is acceptable and will not hinder the weight loss process.



MYTH #3: Losing Fat is Too Hard
