This online radio show was birthed out of many years of pain, disappointment and abuse in the workplace. It’s a call for a Revolution in the workplace environment! This ain’t no ordinary talk show. It’s about where you live every day on the job. It’s where you should be thriving and excelling, it’s where you spend most of your time and we know what it means to be drained of energy. Of course, that is if you are in a job/career that is sucking the life out of you! If not, then you are one of the few that is doing what they love for a living.
Our goal on [The Workplace Reality Show](http://www.workplacerealityshow.com) is to discuss ways you can live a life that is fulfilling doing what you were meant to be doing in life. We will talk about bosses and your boss horror stories, co-workers, businesses and their practices, micro-management gone mad, hottest biz trends, corporate politics, finding your niche’, how to start your own business, how to thrive in your designed career and anything else that is interesting surrounding workplace/business issues.
Our Mission; “Helping people to discover what they were born to do. Inspiring them to move beyond the norm into the life they’ve dreamed of”.
John & Amy have a passion to help others discover what their passion is in life. They have 20+ years experience in the corporate world as Managers at different levels and have seen first hand what bad management and corporate structures do to people. John has been in several different management roles within the corporate world as well as training & development in a college setting and has a keen sense of awareness when it comes to helping others to discover what they are good at doing in relation to their life’s passion and calling.
Amy has a unique gift in causing others to see the good things about their lives and helps them to discover their unique fingerprint in their life’s work. She has worked in management as well as the sales field.
Together they have been through the pain of trying to fit into a mold of a job or career that just doesn’t fit. They understand the mental torment of having a dream and the frustration of trying to make it happen. They have laughed alot and have cried alot along the way, but have gained valuable insight and knowledge to help others to not only see their dream in a new way, but to go after it wholeheartedly.
Commentary that is based on truth is what The Workplace Reality Show is all about.
