The Controversial Reasons Why Most Type 2 Diabetics  Cannot Lose Enough Weight Permanently Dear Fellow Diabetic Tye 2 Sufferer,

Let's face it, losing weight is hard enough as it is but its doubly hard as a diabetic type 2 sufferer, am I right? Chances are that you have been trying to lose weight for a long time and have not succeeded or you lose a bit of weight and then you put it back on after a period of time.

If you try to do what most people with Diabetes Type 2 do then chances are you'll fail to ever lose enough weight permanently.

The good news is that it is not your fault and here's why...

Most diabetes type 2 people will never lose enough weight permanently because:

> Books out there are depressing in their tone as they tell you that there is no cure for it and paint such a bleak future when in fact it is possible for some to cure as long as they adhere to a strict diet. Anyone that is constantly told that their situation is hopeless would have no motivation to improve themselves.

> They read books that tell them to go on a totally Vegan diet which is very difficult to maintain if it is not your natural diet and whereas Japan that has a low  rate of diabetes goes mainly by a diet that is not Vegan. You are filling yourself up with vegetables but you are still starving as you might be full but are still hungry.

> They are told not to eat fat whereas the French that also have a low diabetes and obesity rate, have a diet rich in fat.

> Most diets out there to be blunt advocate starvation or do not advocate eating animal protein leaving you with both the loss of muscle mass and fat; that the body needs for sustenance.

> Most diet books are great on motivational aspect of things in their early chapters but are pretty low on how to execute the diet. In other words they are pretty good in telling you why you must lose weight but do not show you how to as in what to eat and what not to eat and what sort of exercises to do.

> Some books advocate the intake of refined carbohydrates with some recipe books quite astonishingly include foods with high refined carbohydrates like white sugars and white flour.

How do I know this? Because I was speaking to someone with diabetes type 2 who went on a vegan diet after buying 1 of the books off amazon that was popular at the time. She was eating only vegetables and after a while she lost weight that thrilled her initially. But then she found out that she was constantly hungry as no matter how much she stuffed herself with veggies, she might be "full" but was still hungry.

After a while she just gave up on the diet as she missed the foods that she was used to and more important to her, she always found herself to be constantly hungry so unfortunately she gained back the weight she lost in no time and added a few more.

Don't worry though. It's not all doom and gloom. There is some good news....
