NO, this is NOT about some supplement, pill, or hot new diet or program. It’s about noticing what works and what doesn’t, and slowly making changes that work for you, personally.

What works for some won’t work for others.

There is a saying “if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. But if you give him a fishing rod, you feed him for a lifetime.”

This book does not give you the fish. It doesn’t give you the fishing rod either – it goes beyond that. It teaches you to build your own fishing rods, so that you can build just the right rod for the fish you’re trying to catch. It teaches you how to discover exactly what works FOR YOU, PERSONALLY.

It focuses on slowly changing your mindset, so that you gradually discover and take control of the factors that are impacting your energy level.

What this book proposes is that you take 5 minutes every day, for 90 days, to write down some numbers and remarks (to “journal” your day). In time, these numbers and remarks will start to reveal interesting patterns which will show you how exactly your actions are influencing your energy level. You will then know exactly what to expect energy wise, and you will know exactly what to do and what not to do, depending on how much energy you need.

While you WILL see patterns in the very first few days, I strongly encourage that you continue with the program for the full 90 days. This is to make sure that your mind properly learns that it is in control and stops trying to blame random external circumstances for the energy level in the body.

The book is short because the system is very simple, anyone can follow it and everyone will have good results.
