Right or wrong, good or bad I learned a great deal about rapid fat loss.  More specifically…

What Works And What Doesn’t Work

Some of these secret techniques that I discovered went against all conventional wisdom, but they worked extremely well and worked in a short window of time.  For example, I would lose up to 20 pounds in as short a time as a week and as much as 40 pounds in only a month and a half.  If this sounds extreme that is because it is.  I did not do this for health reasons or for aesthetic reasons.  I had one goal in mind and one goal only and that was to get down to the lowest weight possible so I could compete.
