What is The J Plan?

The J Plan is a 12 week, all inclusive, personal fitness system that
is geared toward achieving an optimal level of strength, tone, fat
loss, endurance, and agility. The goal is not to be a gimmick fitness
plan that makes you dependent on a DVD. The idea is to give a
realistic workout regimen that will promote independence and long term
results. This program is for all ages and fitness levels.

How it Works

After purchasing J Plan, you’ll get your work out sent to you via
email. You will also receive a user name and password to log into to
the J Plan web site and view the exercise videos for proper technique
and form. It’s extremely convenient and very easy to use!
