-------------------------

My friend,

Why do you think we have so many diet programs on the market
producing so few results?

Maybe you've tried a few of them, have been disappointed with the
results, or realized you couldn't go on living that way the rest of
your life.

That sucks doesn't it?

Any diet plan can work in the short-term, when motivation is high.
But most people end up gaining all of the weight back plus some,
starting a frustrating cycle of yo-yo'ing and rebounding. You need a
more informed approach, which takes education.

That's why I've teamed up with my wife -- the smarter (and better
looking) member of the family -- to show you, from both a
physiological and psychological standpoint, why your prior diet
attempts either failed or couldn't be maintained.

And of course, we want to teach you how to be more successful in the
future.

I UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM

These days we really only care about two things: getting rich and
getting fit. We want the million dollar beach home and the million
dollar "beach bod" to go along with it.

The question is can these two seemingly contradictory goals be
accomplished at the same time?

There are plenty of beach bodz and gym rats that can barely pay the
rent, and plenty of corporate executives and cubicle dwellers that are
one doughnut away from certified, USDA Choice Obesity.

Do you have to choose, and give up one dream to get the other?

As a busy career-driven professional, there probably isn't much I can
teach you about getting rich; in fact there are probably a few things
you could teach me. Let's do lunch some time.

But what about that second, more elusive dream -- do you have anyone
helping you work towards the goal of getting fit? More importantly, do
you need someone?

With late night deadlines, long business trips, and corporate
pressure, does your health profile look like a corpse-in-waiting? Has
your six-pack turned into a keg? Has that daily muffin turned into a
permanent muffin top hanging over your bikini bottoms?

Has the OK, OK, you get the point!

Now that you've made the decision to trim the fat, where do you turn
for guidance?

The main problem for you is that most of the training and nutrition
information out there is written WITHOUT keeping the specific demands
and obstacles of the busy professional in mind.

Let me take some guesses at what you've probably been TOLD you must
do to get in shape, and then let me tell you why they are completely
WRONG.

MYTH #1

YOU MUST EAT 5-6 SMALL MEALS A DAY, NEVER GO MORE THAN 2 HOURS WITHOUT
FOOD, HAVE YOUR WHOLE LIFE REVOLVE AROUND FITNESS EATING, BE OBSESSIVE
WITH YOUR EATING SCHEDULE, HAVE NO SOCIAL LIFE, ETC.

Your industry moves at a 1,000 Tweets per second, or you are in
sales, marketing, and business development meetings all day long.

No stopping off for concentration curls and canned tuna every 2
hours.

Or worse, when you do have the time, you may eat 2-3 good meals, and
then try to fit in the rest by eating self-proclaimed "healthy" snack
food -- protein bars (or should I say candy bars with some protein
added to them), low-calorie chips, or other refined garbage.

All this really does is chronically elevate blood sugar and insulin
levels, and ensures you are in a body fat-storing mode all day long.

The good news is this eating-6-small-meals-a-day nonsense is
completely unnecessary.

When disregarding personal bias, tradition, or gym myths, numerous
studies show that when controling for food choices, there is no major
difference between smaller, more frequent meals or larger meals spaced
out further apart in terms of fat loss, and metabolic factors related
to fat loss.

The optimum meal frequency for you, then, is whatever works with your
lifestyle and career demands. You can get in fantastic shape on a more
realistic and sustainable eating structure -- i.e. 3 meals a day.

Obviously, this fits in better with normal business and social
patterns, and is a more realistic, LONG-TERM approach.

No more living by a clock, obsessing over meal timing, or packing
coolers and Tupperwares.

MYTH #2

YOU MUST CUT CALORIES AT NIGHT, GO TO BED STARVING AND UNSATISFIED,
CRAVING FOOD, WANTING TO GNAW OFF YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER'S ARM, ETC.

When looking at client food logs over the last decade, I can tell you
that 90% of people's cheating and bingeing comes at night, because the
reality is that human beings are meant to be nocturnal eaters.

Trying to cut calories at night goes completely against our
evolutionary instincts, natural desires, and social patterns.

This is a miserable way to diet, and only a very small percentage of
athletes can make this work as their standard, everyday plan. Even
then, a lot of them can only make it work during their in-season, and
then go crazy during off-season binges.

We evolved on a fasting/feeding cycle. We are meant to eat lighter
during the day while "hunting," and eat the majority of our calories
and carbohydrates at night while relaxing. You should do the exact
same thing if you want to make dropping fat as easy as possible.

Go with - not against - your nature.

"We're not cavemen Nate. We're living in Y2K plus change." I get it.
We've evolved into tech-savvy business people carrying iPhones,
texting, and Facebooking.

Despite technological evolution, we are all genetically still just
hunter/gatherers. It makes no difference whether you're out conquering
other tribes and hunting for food, or out conquering the business
world and hunting for money and business deals.

Besides, caveman-past or cubicle-present, we all want to build an
attractive body so we can be successful when we're out hunting for
some loving.

The bottom line is you should do the exact opposite of what you've
been told -- eat your biggest meal at night. This goes against
everything you've heard about an optimum fat loss protocol. It also
goes against everything you read about in the health and fitness
industry.

But guess what? It works. I can tell you without a doubt that it
works well for losing fat and retaining lean muscle mass, and I have
the peer-reviewed research (and the year-round six-pack) to back up
those claims.

You can keep slaving away at a plan that produces mediocre results
for you at best, or is so miserable you only "DIEt" and get in shape
once every 4 years, or you can give something else a try -- something
that you can maintain indefinitely.

MYTH #3

\"HEALTH\" FOODS ARE ACTUALLY HEALTHY, OR BETTER FOR YOU THAN \"REAL\"
FOODS.

All of those health food cereals, protein bars, "slimming" yogurts,
and low-calorie/low carb diet snacks are probably doing more harm for
you than good, despite what some expensive marketing campaign says.

Many of the "health" lessons we've been taught from a young age are
straight up lies propagated by the highly influential refined foods
industries. The very foods that are supposed to be helping us improve
our health are keeping us fat and sick.

Why do you think so many doctors, health professionals, and trainers
are just as overweight, unhealthy, and clueless as the general
population?

Many popular "health" foods are actually causing your digestive
disorders, water retention, bloating, lethargy, irritability, and
belly fat.

You need to know the truth about why you remain overweight, with high
blood pressure and cholesterol, and dependent on a variety of
medications DESPITE supposedly "eating healthy".

Either that, or you can keep sweeping the issue under the rug until
disaster strikes.

The truth is you need to start eating more real, natural foods and
start cutting back on all of those refined foods -- "healthy" or
otherwise.

MYTH #4

EXERCISE GADGETS, HARDCORE INFOMERCIAL WORKOUTS, FAT BURNING PILLS, OR
MIRACLE \"DETOX/CLEANSING\" PROGRAMS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR
EVERY DAY DIETARY HABITS.

The majority of the fitness industry is geared towards making money
off of your false hopes, not actually helping you.

That's why most fitness scammers will tell you exactly what you want
to hear so you'll buy their product -- as long as you pop their pills
like candy or use their magic ab device, you can eat whatever you
want, party like a rock star yet look like a fitness model, have your
cake and look like you DON'T eat it too, etc.

You're not that gullible are you? Wake up!!

Honest fitness professionals will give you the tough love that you
need to hear so you can stop wasting time and start getting results.

The truth is you don't need crazy detox plans, miracle supplements,
or any other magic pills to get in shape.

The truth is you need to learn and implement good lifestyle habits,
not quick-fix tactics, if your plan is going to work long-term. It's
not as easy as the infomercials guarantee, but it is possible.

Improving your health and losing weight has, and always will be,
under your direct control -- not some pill or product manufacturer.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

We want to show you unbiased science and give you real world
strategies to cut through the myths and bad advice that have been
holding you back, and finally help you achieve your health, fitness,
and fat loss goals.

Introducing...

THE FAT LOSS CONSULTANT COMPLETE 7-PART SYSTEM

PART 1: FUNCTIONAL DIETS FOR FAT LOSS

In most diet books the practical information gets buried beneath
pages of science and theory. We've pulled out the barebones details of
exactly what you need to do and printed them here so you can get
started with one of the plans TODAY. We have provided a variety of
options to fit your specific situation, including The Sedentary
Caveman's Plan, The Functional Three: The Business & Socially Friendly
Diet, and The On-the-Go Intermittent Fast that's why fast and
processed foods dominate office life. So we're going to give you the
exact tools you'll need to make fat loss eating just as convenient as
fast food eating. Many diet plans look good on paper, but they are not
practically applicable in the life of a busy professional. We're going
to change that. You'll get simple shopping tips, food prep tips, and
ideas for how to make your office environment more conducive to the
fat loss process. No more excuses.

PART 4: THE ROAD WARRIOR'S PLAN

Too many trainers focus only on the absolute best-case scenario --
eating only freshly prepared meals at home -- and not the reality of a
career on-the-go. We're going to show you how to eat for fat loss and
health enhancement anywhere. With tools like "The Restaurant
Rotation," "The Low-Carb Compromise," and "The Intermittent Faster's
Option," you can make good choices anywhere -- from fast food to fine
dining. Being on the road or on the go will no longer be a problem.

PART 5: THE COFFEE SHOP AND HAPPY HOUR HANDBOOK

Whether for business or pleasure, coffee and alcohol are as much a
part of the busy professional's life as laptops and cell phones. This
pamphlet will show you how what you order at the coffee shop can be
your greatest weapon (or your worst enemy) in the war against body
fat. You'll also find out how alcohol changes your metabolism and
hormones, and what you should do to compensate for those changes. In
other words, we're going to teach you how to limit the damage from
your evenings on the town -- both that night, and the morning after.

PART 6: THE FAT LOSS MINDSET

Most of us know what we should be doing to improve our health and
lose weight. So why aren't we actually doing it? We lack the right
motivation. Fitness psychology is the most important, but most
overlooked, piece of the fat loss puzzle, and The Fat Loss Mindset
will give you the tools you need to finally get results. Many tough
guys write this off as hocus-pocus, but if you have more dough on your
body than in your bank account, maybe you need to listen up; this
could just be the missing link. Without the right mindset, even the
best diet strategies will always fail.

PART 7: THE NUTRITION MANUAL: COACH'S EDITION

There is so much misinformation out there about losing weight. Most
nutrition myths that have been engrained in us from a young age are
completely FALSE. How do you separate the facts from the BS? Unbiased
science. This system is not just an opinion or something I made up,
but is based on real science. I've provided my resources and
references with links to supporting studies on every individual topic.

For nerds like me, this is priceless. For those who hate science, it
is worthless.

Because we understand how frustrating it can be to try and get in
shape while living the life of a busy professional, we're offering you
our entire 7-Part System (a total value of $925) for a special
introductory offer of $47.00.

WHY YOU SHOULD LEARN FROM US

Neither my wife nor I are professional athletes or models. It just so
happens that we are in shape enough year-round that we can do fitness
competitions and photo shoots from time-to-time.

But don't let that scare you off -- we're not whacked out fitness
people. We understand the demands and obstacles of being busy
professionals.

I make my living hustling through 60+ hour workweeks as a writer,
trainer, speaker, and consultant to health and wellness companies and
fitness start-ups. I've been featured in Men's Health, Muscle for her,
fitness is a hobby that keeps her healthy.

We don't have the luxury of eating meals on the hour, every hour, or
doing 18 hours of cardio a day just to get in shape. Of course, none
of that is necessary anyway.

Oh yeah, neither of us take steroids, estrogen blockers, thyroid
hormones, pop fat burners all day, are in our 20's, or have great
genetics. In fact, when this hits the market Kalai will be nearing 40
years of age with exceptional health markers after overcoming personal
weight issues and genetic predisposition to a number of health
conditions.

Me? I have the maturity level of a teenager, but I'm actually in my
mid-30's. They used to call me Baby Sumo, and my genetic
predisposition as an adult is the worst of the worst -- The Skinny-Fat
Guy with a family history of just about every health problem you can
have.

We've had to use science and strategy to overcome these obstacles.
You can follow genetically gifted or drug-enhanced athletes, or you
can learn a thing or two from people who are more like you, and have
had to struggle to find an effective approach.

In addition, I've spent the last 12 years advising people in the real
world. I've worked with a few professional athletes and sports teams,
but the majority of my clients have been busy, working professionals
-- just like you -- that want to improve their health and get in
better shape.

And sure, every once in awhile, they want to look good in a bikini,
board shorts, man-thong, or naked (hey now) on their summer vacation.

Most importantly, I'm honest. I'd like to tell you that I'm a saint,
and creating this system was all for you, out of the goodness of my
heart. But the truth is I'm a vain, selfish piece of junk.

I'm personally obsessed with physique enhancement, and have dedicated
my life and career to researching, studying, testing, and refining
various approaches to obliterating body fat.

I wanted to create a functional fat loss system that would allow ME
to be in shape year-round while living the life of a busy
professional.

Despite my selfishness, I've managed to help a few people along the
way.

TESTIMONIALS

"After 3 months following one of Nate’s nutrition plans I have shed
a significant amount of body fat. I have to say, I have never looked
better, and more importantly, felt better and more alert and energetic
in my life. The most important part is how easy the plan was to
integrate into my hectic schedule -- long hours, business travel, etc.
Nate understands how athletes work and think, as well as the thought
processes of the highly Type A professional. I cannot recommend Nate's
book enough. He is superb."

Joan Haratani -- Lawyer, Managing Partner

"When my friend and mentor Nate overhauled my diet, within the year I
found myself competing on an international stage with some of the best
natural bodybuilders in the world. I also scored several modeling jobs
including Cliff Bar, Indie Custom Jeans, and The Perfect Pushup. Upon
realizing the power of Nate’s simple, straight forward approach to
nutrition, I began sharing my experience with all of my clients and
helping them benefit from his combination of scientific knowledge and
practical techniques. All of my busy clients took what I taught them
and began to reap the benefits of what I had learned. No matter if the
goal was weight loss or improved health, I had a solution to offer
that fit into their busy lifestyles and helped them to succeed. The
greatest thing I saw in my clients was their ability to take the
program with them on the road. I felt a sense of empowerment as a
teacher because for the first time in my 8-year career, I had a system
to offer that produced real results."

Coach Shawn Toussaint

"As a physician who has undergone the rigors of medical training, I
know what it means to endure and be consistent. But after years of
trying various fitness programs, including professional training, I
was not satisfied with the results. When I started training with Nate
Miyaki, I realized that persistence is not enough. I needed the RIGHT
kind of focus and nutritional knowledge to back up the training. Nate
has shown me how to combine subtle variations in the workouts with a
primary focus on nutritional modifications to get results. His
understanding of human physiology – and its response to varying
stimuli -- flows from him intuitively. Now, 48-years old, I’m in the
best shape of my life. My patients and their families keep telling me
how healthy and youthful I look. Many have told me that I inspire them
to take better care of themselves."

from our attorneys and staff at Hanson Bridgett. Nate has been at our
firm twice this year, and I know we will be back again due to popular
demand. Nate is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness
but his message is for real people, and he is skilled at breaking down
complex information into simple easy messages. The best part is Nate
is really fun, and you can tell he loves what he does and is
passionate about helping everyone achieve their goals. I would highly
