[Achieve Your Dreams Like Danielle]

Danielle was an athlete for years and had always stayed in pretty good shape. During the last few years, though, after several injuries, extra pounds set in around the stomach and thighs and became harder and harder to lose. She wanted to lose a few pounds and saw decent results from dieting and lifting weights, but she wanted more. Danielle wanted the results promised in all the women's diet magazines. She wanted to be the after photo.

A year passed by without the results she wanted, despite working with a personal trainer. She decided she needed a date to shoot for to achieve the after body because a concrete goal would be the impetus to get her into gear.

She lost a few pounds at first, but then the weight loss stopped and she still had to lose a lot more body fat to even think about competing.
