Hi, I'm Stormy Sweitzer. The lunches and approach I use in Paleo
Power™ Lunch are based on my own experience as both an on-the-go
corporate warrioress who struggled to manage multiple food
sensitivities, fitness goals, and my other interests, and as a
workaholic-from-home who knows that eating at home can be too much
(and sometimes too little) of a good thing.

Over the past 5 years, I've developed strategies for keeping my time
in the kitchen to a minimum and for packing healthy lunches that fuel
my active life. I've perfected my routine and developed Power Lunch
combinations that are delicious, interesting, and keep me going; they
are the inspiration behind the book.

I live in Salt Lake City, UT with my husband and aging fur kids,
