But what I didn’t realize was, something needed to stop me! The combination of celebrating life and all the treatment I had received for my Cancer had certainly done a number on my body. I had gained weight and wasn’t feeling the best I could be. I had been given a second chance at life, and I realized that while I’d been celebrating being alive . . I hadn’t been celebrating being healthy. The most important thing to celebrate really. After all, if you don’t have your health, what do you have? So when Ben asked me . . . “Are you ready to make a life change?” The answer was simple! YES!

I was a bit skeptical at first when I started training with Ben as I’d never had a trainer before, but I soon realized that this guy actually knew what he was talking about! From day one, Ben talked about the four main elements of fitness – Nutrition, Exercise/Weights, Supplementation and most importantly, Support . . or what I needed . . Accountability! He emphasized that it wasn’t just about “working out” at the gym, I actually needed to work on all four elements at the same time and when I did, I’d start seeing results!
