With my years of practice and experience in Hatha yoga, I started thinking that I could help the other people that need to improve their body and mind just like me.

I have learned Hatha Yoga since 2007, I learned Hatha yoga from experienced and certified Hatha yoga teachers and present I am still an active Hatha yoga practicer and the most important thing is Hatha Yoga has helped me to live in incridible healthy, increased flexibility, carefree, alleviate stress and I find myself becoming a calmer and less agitated person, that's amazing! by learned Hatha Yoga I have improve my life.

Until now, I have attended six Hatha yoga training course sessions from experieced and certified Hatha yoga teachers. But I have spent much money for learned Hatha Yoga. In 2007 for the very fist time I joined Hatha yoga training course, I have spent $2,800 for 20 days Hatha Yoga training course, $2,100 for airfare cost (cross continent), $1,200 for meals and hotel accomodation cost and $400 for other expense. So, my total cost for learned Hatha Yoga is $6,500 and decreased my working holiday quota, however that cost is adequate with the result.

I started thingking that I could help the other people that need to improve their live just like me. I started thinking that I could help the people for low cost Hatha Yoga program and help them to save their time.

So last year with my knowledge in Hatha Yoga that I got from experienced yoga teacher, I started to create Hatha Yoga videos so that people could use at home or anywhere . By doing the cat - cow-pose or cobra - upward-facing-dog pose, Bhujangaasana, for example, the upper back is stretched out and relaxed. By gently bending forward in Paschimottanaasana, the lower back gets stretched out and relaxed. The spine will bend in any way you want when you are healthy and calm.

The asanas work mostly on the spine. The spine is a column of several bones called vertebrae. All the nerves branch out from these vertebrae, connecting the various organ systems to the brain. If the spine is rigid, nerve impulses cannot flow freely through the body. The internal organs become weakened and subject to disease. If you keep the spine supple, the nerves remain strong and your health is maintained.

When you do the shoulder stand, Sarvangaasana, for example, the thyroid gland at the base of the throat is toned. The hormone produced by the thyroid complements the other hormones and helps them to do their work. The shoulder stand is very beneficial to the thyroid gland and thus all the glands in the body. Ultimately, the shoulder stand benefits the entire body.

When you do the bow pose, Dhanuraasana, the adrenals are toned. In my years of practice and experience in Hatha Yoga, I have come across many people who have recovered from their ailments. With proper diet and proper Hatha yoga practices, asanas, and breathing, one can overcome almost all types of diseases.
