Workouts lasting more than 60 minutes result in our bodies releasing a dangerous hormone called cortisol.

Cortisol burns muscle, and helps us store fat.

So how do we combat this nasty release, but still burn enough calories to impact our stored fat?

We up the intensity (in a big way) and cut the time, using some pretty unique training techniques I’ll show you in a bit.

With these unique sets, rep schemes, and cadences (or the tempo of each exercise), we’re able to maximize the build up of lactic acid, muscle damage, and boost our metabolism for up to 24 hours AFTER we’ve finished training…

… so we’re burning fat even when we’re back sitting on our asses…
