We use Google Project Tracking. It's a free project tracking service which allows you to log-on to your project in a shared website we share with you (no one else has access unless you authorize it - share it with your architect, for example).
You are able to upload documents for our use (design layouts, for example) and we are able to upload documents for you to see and download (signed contracts, bid spreadsheets, for example). There is a space to upload tasks, a calendar, and you are able to see where we are with your assignments 24/7. And we have a discussion board for comments, changes or new assignments you have on your project for us.
Each client has their own website and we are able to have various projects under that website.
