It's 2012 and after 4 plus years of hardship, economists are now
saying the job market is finally starting to get better...

Every day we're getting mixed messages as to what's going on in our

The government reports that the unemployment rate is steadily dropping
- yet the pundits say those figures are misleading and can't be relied
upon.
Government critics claim the only reason the unemployment rate is
going down is because they are no longer counting those individuals
that have lost their unemployment benefits coupled with the fact that
many people have abandoned their job searches altogether.
Regardless of who's right and who's wrong, it doesn't change the fact
that the frustration among the American people is palapable.

GREAT DEPRESSION -- WHICH LASTED 12 YEARS!!!
In 2010 at a town hall meeting in Washington, D.C., President Obama
acknowledged that the "unemployment rate is still high and people are
having a tough time," but one woman in the audience wasn't satisfied.
"Quite frankly, I'm exhausted. I'm exhausted of defending you,
defending your administration, defending the mantle of change that I
voted for, and deeply disappointed with where we are right now," said
Velman Hart veteran and chief financial officer for veteran service
organization AMVETS.
"I'm also a mother. I'm a wife. I'm an American veteran. And I'm one
of your middle-class Americans. I have been told that I voted for a
man who said he was going to change things in a meaningful way for the
middle class, she told the president. "I'm waiting, sir. I'm waiting.
I -- I don't feel it yet."

nationwide candidate search firm and like many business owners, my
firm enjoyed the economic prosperity that accompanied the dot com boom
following by the real estate boom and the historically low levels of
unemployment.
But in 2007, things began to change -- an economic storm was coming
and I could see it plain as day.

strongest on paper are only offered the job LESS THAN 20% OF THE TIME!
In my desire to better understand and recognize those candidates with
the highest probability of success, I began an intensive research
project to determine, "Are there are specific actions that the top 1%
of candidates take that the other 99% do not?"
It didn't take long for me to determine that the answer to that
question is a resounding "YES!"
