Why am I going on about 'normal' or 'everyday' people?

I can only teach you what I personally know and have experienced. I am
also just a normal guy. Yes, I have a fitness business, but it is not
the sole focus of my life. I am a father of a small boy, I have been
married for 15 years, I am a partner in a entertainment business where
I am a performer, song writer, composer, producer, arranger. I also
like to play golf and scuba dive!  So I know _exactly_ how a normal
person feels. I know what it is to have limited time to train your
body. I know how it feels to have your cash flow spread out so thin,
you can see right through it.  I have put together this program to

and effective.  

Oh, and speaking about cutting edge and effective: you are going to
love the training sessions and nutritional help, because it is so not
what you hear from the mainstream health and fitness market. If what
they preached where the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the
truth, would the world be at a all time low when it comes to lifestyle
diseases? No, obviously not. Would you still be out of shape after
going to the commercial gym for years now? No. Would you still not be
happy about the way you look after blowing all that cash on that super
special supplement? Let's not even go there, right?

OK, this is enough waffel from my side. Let's cover some important
points.

Why use a kettlebell?

I do not use kettlebells in this program, or any other program, just
because they are the 'newest thing' to hit the fitness scene.

I don't use them because almost every smoking hot body in Hollywood is
using kettlebells somewhere.

I am not using them because people on the edge of human performance ,
like MMA fighters, military personnel, olympic athletes and rugby
players use them for their superior conditioning qualities.

No, I use and recommend kettlebells because, for a everyday guy like
me and you, I do not know of one single, inexpensive, highly portable
tool that will give you such a great improvement in such a wide
variety of fitness parameters as kettlebells.

You will also find other training modalities in the program. Proper
body weight training  will do wonders for your physique. There will
also be some other, odd and fun ways to train, like using training
bags and _Boeresport_. Boeresport is an Afrikaans (my native language)
word that describes traditional sports that we have on fun days.  The
focus here is definitely on fun, although you will still get one hell
of a workout between all the laughing!

Why Kettlebell vs Fat?

You can use kettlebells for a variety of goals. You can add some
muscle to your bones, you can get the respiratory system of a race
horse with endurance training and you can train for the competitive
side of Kettlebell Sport. But since this program is aimed mainly at 
regular guys and gals, I know from experience that 80% of them have
fat loss as their number 1 goal. That being the case, this program

I must admit that when met Corne for the first time, I was taken
aback, rather surprised to be more specific . In my research of
kettlebell training ,I always came across seriously muscular (not
bulky) types. I was tired of my normal ways of training and I was
hoping to meet someone who is going to put me through some Russian
special forces type of training ( not that I know how Russians really
trained nor how trainers look like). But clearly, my soon to be
trainer did not meet any figment of my imagination. Well , he must
have realized that because he mentioned it himself and that was the
beginning of a great experience.

Corne is a professional who takes his vocation seriously, he has made
me re-look  how I approach training and its results. I have learned
to be more technical than rely on brute power during exercise.
Training is always interesting because even though it is methodical,
it varies in exercise regime constantly. When I read now, I realize
that many people who are supposedly trainers are bringing in body
building regiment, using kettlebells in the guise of kettlebell
training. To just round it off, I could not have gotten myself a
better trainer, he is the best.

How much improvement can you expect?

You wanted to know this from the second minute, right? As much as I
would like to hype this product and tell you about the 5kg fat loss in
