If you're sick and tired of being skinny and would like to build muscle in the fastest way possible
then this will be the most important message you ever read!

Here's why:

When I was 12 years of age, my one constant companion was comic books and my favorite comic book included "Strong Man Charles Atlas" in them! I always loved the idea that a small guy can become HUGE enough to start fighting villains and bullies from all over after some time. This is also the same theme of Captain America; in fact, they just made a movie about this (of course that was a chemical formula that increased his size and strength manifold – a little make-believe). Moreover, I contained an innate urge to be HUGE as well. But I had no idea how to make my wishes a reality. At age 12, you just KNOW there must be a way but you are not sure how to make these dreams a reality.

So I started asking around and reading up on magazines and found out I needed to join a gym but the gyms I wanted to join were not very encouraging. They felt I was too young for weight-lifting and wanted me to wait until I was at least fourteen years old. But I did not have to wait two years; this was much easier said than done. After all, they were not being looked down upon at school all of the time; they were not being picked last on the blacktop or field during recess or P/E. That Christmas I got lucky. I hinted to my family about my passion and I got my wish. Santa delivered big time.

But would I put these items to use?

I got a brand new plastic and concrete plate that I could not wait to start working out with and with a weight rack and leg curl attached so I could indulge in work-outs until to my heart’s content (or my muscles said enough). But then I never got HUGE and I was still not Charles Atlas! I was just my tiny self still.

My plan did not come to fruition. And my high-school life was nothing special. I even was cut from the freshman football team which is pretty difficult to do; the coach said something about the school and him being liable if I was hurt. I was still the small guy who got sand kicked into his face. I did the barest minimum to keep fit and to pass P/E in high school but I did not give up the hope of becoming HUGE someday. Obviously this was a dream.

College was next on the agenda and I enrolled at the nearby college. To graduate, I had to take 2 P/E classes. I was 18 years of age and on the way to being a man and thought this was the right time to make my dream of being huge come true. It was now or never I told myself. So I decided to actually put my money and dedication where my mouth was. And the first gym class was a memorable one. I was the smallest guy around in the class which was training for the school’s football team.

I felt puny standing next to those guys.

Luckily the coach was not a powerfully built guy either so he seemed to understand my predicament. He paired me with the smallest football player who still weighed 170lbs! But I was not giving up without a fight. The first day also happened to be about squats, leg curls, and leg presses. I did not want to show my partner, and the rest of the class for that matter, I was intimated so I chose the leg press station that has weight plates almost directly over your head while you do the leg presses. I kept asking my partner to increase the weight by adding 45lb plates until finally the weight was easily more than twice my own weight!

I worked the leg presses with over 300lbs and it turned out to be a day I was unlikely to ever forget.

Some of the football players even told me good job. After the gym class a quick shower and a bite to eat at the student union I literally collapsed on the asphalt. My legs simply gave out and I learned my first lesson of overtraining. But it’s a good thing I learned it so early in my life because I will never repeated that mistake again – for many reasons.

Throughout my college years I stayed in my gym class and trained with the football team. The team itself was quite friendly and encouraged me despite my small physical structure. Encouraged and egged on by the team I trained hard and ended up gaining 40lbs. By then I was about 165lbs, cut up, solid, and I noticed some people around me that did not notice me before who began to give me a little more respect. My weight was pretty huge by my family standards and my family did think I looked HUGE; though I had not yet reached the pinnacle. I knew I had more in me.

But all those extra pounds and muscles had their own appeal. I felt "STRONG"and "MUSCULAR" and I was not the only one. Like I hinted on a little before regarding the new found respect; it was much easier for me to land a date. But I was still not satisfied. I already knew what I wanted to be like and how I needed to look (I had been carrying this idea since I was a child). The magazines had photographs of guys with rippling muscles and they looked HUGE and that is exactly what I wanted for me. They were studs; there is not any ambiguity about that. But the women around me did not find that look very charming or appealing. They felt it was downright gross. But that did not deter me.I bought every magazine with body building content.

I committed myself to the bodybuilding exercises highlighted in the magazines and even bought supplements that aided in muscle building. All that helped but only a little – I was well defined and muscular but not HUGE and HUGE is what I wanted to be, no matter what other people thought. Unfortunately for me even after spending all that money, time, and lifting weights, I was still stuck at 165lbs. OK, I may have reached 170lbs. But my ambition was magnetic. I realized that I needed to implement another strategy.

Despite being stuck at 170lbs, I was not going to allow that to deter me from my goal of being HUGE. After I finished college I joined the YMCA and started power lifting training. It was a 12 week course of power lifting and I went at with a diligence and determination that was startling. I did not make many friends at the YMCA but there was one guy named Bill, who became a close buddy and we trained together. We clicked and we were on the same page.

We ate all the right food such as protein shakes, eggs, steaks, salads, and worked out but surprisingly we lost weight. I was now 155lbs though still ripped up and strong (my strength to weight ratio was alarming). But I wanted more than this. For instance, nobody knew your strength unless you took part in a competition. I wanted to be HUGE so other people will KNOW; I wanted my hard work to be on display and to be recognized (I had never received a trophy for anything). At 22 years of age I was in my prime bodybuilding years and I did not want to squander the chance away and of course my hormones were kicking in and though my abs were ripped I was not HUGE.

This had me worried and I started to keep a journal of my training sessions. I wanted to make sure I did the right exercises, had the right equipment, and did not miss a step. But I still had plenty of questions in my head and I wrote them down in my journal. Was I even attending the right kind of gym? Did I do the right set of reps when weight-lifting? I even contemplated getting into a body-building centered sports.

I wanted to try the programs followed by some baseball, basketball, and more football players or even wrestlers. I thought if I concentrated on a specific athletic program I might get to be HUGE. But apart from wrestlers and football players none of the other athletes looked HUGE. Sure they were well built and muscular but I was already at that level.

So I started looking for other options and that’s when I came across desiccated liver tablets made from beef liver. It was at a time when all the professional body builders were indulging in supplements and I thought I may as well take some too (if I did not, I would be at a disadvantage).

Amino acid tablets enable me to maintain my body weight and keep my muscles hard so I took them too but to no avail. I still weighed 165lbs to 170lbs. Anabolic supplements were pretty expensive so I could not afford them at that time.

All my efforts and money spent seemed to be a waste to me because I remained a muscular 170lbs but you know what my main objective was. Now how do I get HUGE? That is when I started reading everything I could get my hands on, from Iron Man, Flex and Men’s Health magazines. I gained a little more weight over the next couple years trying every routine I could find, but they all left me feeling beat down, irritable and made me hate going to the gym. Thats when I decided I had enough! My next step was to interview the real experts on building size & strength. I started to apply what I learned from the top experts in the industry and then I imediately started seeing some "AMAZING" results!
