HOW DID 30 WORKOUT DAYS COME TO BE?

Hi, my name is Cory Norbutus. I've been a personal trainer in the
Boston area for seven years now, with a Bachelors degree in Exercise
Science.

Over the years I have worked with hundreds of clients to improve
their and health, wellness, and fitness.

She tried a new Personal Trainer, but discovered that not all
Personal Trainers are created equal. On a side note, I took that as a
compliment!

She then tried figuring out her own program design with various
fitness magazines, but that was difficult, because the exercises
didn't build up in difficulty.

She then looked for books that would just give her complete workouts
to follow one day to the next. No such luck.

She looked me in the eye and said, \"JUST MAKE ME A DUMMY PROOF
WORKOUT BOOK, THAT I CAN GET A COMPLETE WORKOUT, AND MOVE ON TO THE
NEXT WORKOUT PLAN. MAKE IT SO EASY FOR ME, THAT I CAN'T SCREW UP.\"

So I did.

WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING GUIDE?

Your Personal Traing Guide is designed to start with little to no
experience. It teaches the building blocks of exercises, with focus on
technique to give you the best possible results.

Each total body workout builds off of the previous workout. Each
workout has 8-10 exercises with stretching and warm up instructions.

Advice is even given on how to fit exercise into your schedule, and
helps you to plan out your workouts in advance.

Yes, you will. I made sure to give very detailed explanations on
every exercise, even the stretches! Each exercise is accompanied by
multiple pictures, to make it as easy as possible to workout

DO I NEED A TON OF EQUIPMENT TO DO THE WORKOUTS?

No you don't.

This book is designed to be used at the gym or at home. Substitions
for equipment are given for each exercise. Some as simple as using
soup cans or laundry detergent to replace weights.

Other common pieces of equipment that may be used are any type of
weight and an exercise ball. They are not all necessary, but add to
the resistance and challenge of some exercises.

WILL I REALLY GET RESULTS?

Yes you will.

These workouts are actual workouts and variations that I used with my
many clients. They all started with Day 1. Every single person. If
they can do it, you can do it.

My clients age range and skill level all varied, but I have everyone
start on the same page, so I know that they have the basics done
correctly. This helps as my clients progress to increased difficulty
and challenges, since I know they will be safe and preventing injury.
