Here is the truth!

Read on to find out more……

Pamela is the author of international selling eBook “Chocolate Against Child Obesity”

Hi my name is Pamela Vinten and this is my story …

I am a retired Home Economics teacher living on the Gold Coast, Australia. Having studied in Melbourne, I majored in nutrition, food science and biochemistry.

I have maintained a keen interest in nutritional trends for over 40 years and am constantly on the lookout for healthier food options. This was very important to me when I was raising my five children and dealing with the obstacles we all experience while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This book is the result of the anguish I have felt over the years as I have watched my two nephews struggle with their celiac diet. I am proud to offer a solution and it comes in the form of my deliciously smooth chocolate that is not only amazingly healthy but celiac friendly as well.

Enjoy!

Don’t just believe me when I say these deliciously tempting treats are all celiac friendly. Read the glowing report Angela Counsel, Naturopath and Nutritionist, wrote after reading my book…

Angela Counsel

As a Naturopath I often see clients who have celiac disease and they often feel that they are missing out when they can’t eat foods which contain gluten. This book provides a solution for them so that they don’t feel like they are feeling left out. Many “gluten free” foods are high in sugars and are very processed and these can pose a real danger to people’s health. Gluten is included in many different processed foods, even some where you wouldn’t expect to find gluten. Gluten shouldn’t be found in chocolate but it is due to the processing methods that are used to make the chocolate.

Many of my clients tell me that they find it difficult to manage their diet in social situations or when they are out and about. There is so much temptation out there, and often they can’t resist. People who have an issue with digesting gluten often don’t understand that one small slip up causes a cascade of detrimental effects within the body, which threatens their long term health.

Pamela addresses this issue and offers a great solution by going back to nature and finding delicious foods which have great nutritional benefits for everyone.

Pamela’s recipes include lots of healthy, raw ingredients most of which are high in anti-oxidants which can reverse aging of the cells. There are so many delicious recipes in this book that no one will ever feel that they are missing out by eating healthy, raw foods.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning the power of nature’s foods in keeping themselves healthy and vibrant.

Enjoy the fantastic recipes, but remember “moderation”.

Chocolate For a Gluten Free Diet

I know it’s hard to believe so before I go any further let me give you some cold hard facts about normal chocolate…
When you think of chocolate what springs to mind is store-bought processed chocolate. Very early on in its production when it was still a bean it was once a powerhouse of nutrition During processing it has been heat treated many times then had “bad” fats, sugar and many chemical additives added often including gluten derivatives. The end result is an empty, sugar laden, unhealthy food not very suitable if you have celiac disease or if you are gluten intolerance.
What a shame to destroy such a healthy food through processing,
sweetening and putting in additives!

 Now the Good News…

Have you ever seen a picture of natural chocolate beans – they are actually called cacao (ka-cow) beans. This is what they look like in their natural state:

Cacao Tree

Open Cacao Pod

Cacao Beans

The truth is that my chocolate is unprocessed. It has been called “the food of the gods” because it is so remarkably nutritious.

It is not heat processed so it is still brimming with enzymes, vitamins and nutrition. No sugar or bad fats are added and there are no hidden chemical additives or gluten to wreak havoc in your body.

All the recipes have been sweetened with agave (a healthier sugar alternative 1 ½ times sweeter than sugar but kinder on the body) or maple syrup (another natural sweetener with many beneficial properties)

Amazingly, all my chocolate recipes, while being incredibly delicious, are not only totally gluten-free and celiac friendly but can also be classified as a “super food”!

This is important for celiacs, especially newly diagnosed ones.

As celiac disease prevents nutrients being absorbed from the small intestine it causes malnourishment. The sufferer is literally starving no matter how much food is eaten. When the body starts to heal on a gluten free diet it is important to eat nutrient rich foods to build the body up again. What better food source than one that has been referred to as

“Food of the Gods”

Why, because it is so incredibly nutritious.

I believe my chocolate is the healthiest food on the planet. The recipes are full of natural, alive whole foods and healthy fats such as cacao butter and coconut oil.

It doesn’t get much better than this!

That was a lot to read and digest so how about something easy on the eyes!

Check out these amazing pictures of gluten-free recipes you will find in the book

Don’t they look delicious!

I can hear you saying…

“I don’t think it’s possible for chocolate to be that healthy and diabetic friendly and still taste delicious.”

Okay…

Don’t take my word for it. Read what one self confessed chocoholic had to say after tasting it…

No Way That’s Good For You!

I am a chocoholic! I love chocolate but I am also very picky and fussy when it comes to what chocolate I eat. I was really pleasantly surprised at just how good your guilt free chocolate tastes and feels in my mouth. I eat lots of chocolate so I was very sceptical that you could create a healthy chocolate that tastes great – but you did it! Eating the slice was a yummy pleasure. No way that’s good for you. It tastes too good! The only bad thing was I needed more samples!

Why? …

Healthy living has long been a passion of mine and this eBook is in response to my anguish at seeing people struggle with finding yummy chocolate treats that fit into their gluten-free/ celiac diet. To overcome a world-wide lack of knowledge around what natural foods to eat to support celiac disease in a global environment that does not support health and nutrition.
To provide a deliciously, healthy, gluten-free/celiac friendly alternative to the chocolate treats you love

Thanks For The Great Recipes

I was diagnosed as a celiac when I was just a baby. Over the years with the help of mum I have managed to successfully manage my condition. Since leaving home I have been eating quite a limited diet because I knew it was safe. I have recently become engaged and as my fiancé loves to cook she searched the internet for different celiac recipes. I’m really glad she found Pamela’s book because all the recipes she has tried so far have been a success. I’m happy for her to work through the entire book. Bring it on!

My Own Special Gluten-Free Treats.

About 10 years ago I discovered that I was gluten intolerant. I used to find it quite difficult when having coffee out with friends to resist the temptation of eating the luscious cakes in the display counter. I either succumbed and suffered afterwards or went without and felt deprived. Now I make Pamela’s chocolate recipes and take them out with me so I can have my own special gluten-free treats. The only problem is all my friends want to sample my chocolate goodies because they are so delicious. The Chocolate Bliss Balls are my favorite as they travel so well.

…Johanna Toorenburg, Gold Coast, Australia

recipes.

Not So!

The eBook “Amazing Gluten-Free Chocolate” is also jam packed with useful information on Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance to help you understand and manage your condition better.

This information is essential for every one with celiac disease or who is gluten intolerance.

It is too important to ignore!

In today’s world of processed food it is virtually impossible to eliminate gluten – it is hiding everywhere. By making your own easy, gluten-free recipes with unprocessed wholesome foods you can be sure they are truly gluten free.

You may be innocently damaging your body by being misinformed or worse uninformed of the gluten lurking in your food!

You will also discover in my eBook why my chocolate recipes are so good for celiacs…

They do not contain any grains at all so no wheat, barley, rye or oats.

They are all totally gluten free

There are no processed foods used in any of the recipes so no hidden gluten. In fact I only use natural whole foods as mother nature intended

Milk is not used in any recipes so avoids the problem of lactose intolerance often associated with celiac disease. Milk actually destroys the anti-oxidants found in foods, especially chocolate!

They are high in anti-oxidants to support good health

They are high in the three minerals that we, in developed countries, are most deficient in…

- Magnesium
- Chromium
- Iron

Why my chocolate is sweetened with agave or maple syrup. Learn the amazing properties of these gluten-free/celiac friendly natural sweeteners.

Overall good health is important when managing your gluten intolerance/celiac disease. My chocolate has been described as “the most nutritious food on the planet”

Because you make the recipes yourself there is no danger of cross-contamination – you control the environment
