I'm a former athlete that had some pretty good success at the high
school level, especially in track where I specialized in the jumps and
sprints.  College came around and I had some offers at some small
Division I schools.  I decided not to pursue sports for one reason or

them faster, but we might go about getting there in different ways.

* We work on their RUNNING MECHANICS first and foremost.  We are
not putting you through speed drills and having you run like a
baffoon.  Your mechanics need to be precise, so you can be an
efficient runner.
* Once the mechanics are corrected, then we try to focus on your LEG
POWER.  We improve that leg strength, everything will then fall into
place for you - stride length, stride rate, quickness.
