What My System Is All About
When it comes to real estate investing, I consider myself a "transaction engineer". I utilize several different methods for acquiring real estate. However, I prefer the method of buying properties subject to the existing financing.
I am very comfortable with this method and feel that the advantages are numerous, for both the investor and the seller.
