My name is Sam Feltham and I'm aptly named the Fitness Business Dude, because I used to be a snowboarder dude and now I run a successful fitness business in London, UK.
Now...I'm not going to lie to you I'm pretty new to the health and fitness industry! I qualified as a Master Personal Trainer through the European Institute of Fitness in June 2010.
Although that isn't a long time, I've managed to seriously accelerate my success.
I've built and currently maintain a successful fitness business called SMASH Training, providing fitness boot camps and personal training in London, UK as well as being featured in Fitness and Business Magazine, East London Advertiser, interviewed by Erik Rokeach of FitnessBusinessInterviews.com and doing career talks at Premier Training on a regular basis.

Well...I'm going to be honest with you, it seems that I've got quite a lot of unique things going on at my own fitness boot camp business called SMASH THE FAT Boot Camps.
As fitness boot camp owners we can provide our boot campers with exercises and workouts for the upper body pretty easily with no equipment, using the many push up variations there are.
The problem with this though is that our boot campers can become unbalanced due to the high amount of pushing exercises they do. They then eventually develop rounded shoulders with over developed pectorals.
This eventually bites your business in the butt down the line, because you will be known as...
