MEDITATION EBOOK THE BASICS FOR GETTING STARTED ON YOUR JOURNEY
“Meditation the basics for getting started on your journey” is an
ebook all about the basics of meditation, essentially all the simple
things you need for learning how to meditate.
I decided to write this meditation ebook due to the amount of
questions I get on a regular basis from people who had a high level of
confusion about what they needed to do. There are many myths about
what you must do if you want to learn how to meditate, in reality it
can be very simple. Very simple if you follow a good approach that is.
So drawing on the learning I picked up from my own studies, the
meditation courses I have held and my experience teaching what I know
to others I wrote this ebook about how to meditate. Specifically how
to set things up so you can learn mediation easily and enjoy it too.
Because certainly if you are enjoying something then you are far more
likely to get the maximum from it and move on with it. Meditating
should be enjoyable, it should never feel like a chore. Yet so many
instructors and other people set things up in such a way that they are
basically uncomfortable. Again a huge reason for writing this and
sharing my knowledge.
By creating the right atmosphere you put yourself a step ahead, there
are many other things you can do to improve your focus and ability to
feel calm and at peace too. So these things are all discussed within
the ebook. It has been written to help people get the most from
meditation, especially when first learning, though the knowledge can
be applied to any stage of meditation and everyone can gain something
from it.
The question you should ask is how valuable it is to learn the simple
ways of doing things, the ways that will save you time and energy and
allow you to get more from the meditation you wish to do. As with most
people and most things that people do, I feel sure that you would like
to be able to find out how to mediate easily. Well that is why people
come to me for advice or training and also read this ebook.
By taking the time and investing in your own knowledge you put
yourself in the frame of committing to the path to a level that is
right for you. Some people wish to follow a very strict life of
meditation working with it in a very devoted way, others, many many
others, just wish to do a little here and there for stress relief and
to bring greater calm into their lives. Everyone can gain from this
book, it sets out a simple way of doing things and allows you to
practice as much as you wish.
We all meditate for different reasons, we all have our own
motivations and drivers in life. Meditating draws people for different
reasons. Though if you wish to do things in a simple and easy manner,
which meditating should be, then reading this ebook is going to be one
