I have done very little in public in the past due to my fear and insecurity (usually just putting gas in the car). Not only that, but I am feeling confident enough to wear some makeup (just a little foundation, mascara and 'nude' plumper lip gloss) when I am out shopping by myself (yes, typically for something for Rachel) and find myself practicing my walk and posture even though I am not dressed.
