Be guided into stillness, present moment awareness and an opening of
the heart. As you deepen your breath and still your body, your
thoughts follow into stillness. As you listen to the beating of your
heart, and place it in rhythm with your breath, your mind quiets, your
heart rate slows, and you enter a state of coherence or harmony. This
is the state of meditation and you will feel it the first time you try

stillness. When this posture is attained it has the immediate effect
of producing calm and peacefulness, tolerance and accommodation of
others.
CONSCIOUS BREATH
Learn how to breathe. Breathing is our most basic interaction with
life. Breath is how we exchange energy with the earth and with each
other.

Gratitude is a powerful emotion of the heart. As soon as your heart is
touched by your breath, it is softened, and a softened heart is
grateful. 10 minutes.
