Q: WHAT ABOUT KETTLEBELLS? AREN’T THEY BETTER THAN DUMBBELLS?

A: _No? Kettlebells aren’t BETTER than Dumbbells. And Dumbbells
aren’t BETTER than Kettlebells. They are both tools that you may use

exercise. The same goes for walking. Professional race walkers
definitely walk faster than the casual exerciser who uses walking for
its aerobic benefits, but walking is for EVERYONE, the intensity
separates the professional athlete from the recreational athlete._

_Therefore, Maximum Dumbbell Training is for everyone and I’ve made
it for everyone. If you are an elite athlete or professional athlete,
you can perform the exercises with heavier dumbbells and with less
