Who is this product for?
This product is targeted at the fitness novice or for those who have let themselves slip out of shape. The manual provides a progressive system of strength and cardio exercise that will take you on a gradual journey from couch potato to impressive athlete! If you are already an advanced fitness junkie then this is probably not the product for you.
What equipment do you need?
The whole point of the Gymless Training System is that you need little to no equipment. That said in order to perform the pull up series you will need to have something you can pull yourself up to. I recommend an adjustable suspension training system (like the Jungle Gym) for such a task.....affordable, durable and portable! Some of the more advanced core exercises require the use of an ab wheel. However don’t worry if you don’t have one as there are plenty of other core variations that require no equipment whatsoever.

Is this program suitable for beginners?
