This book comprises eight chapters of interesting reading, which are
summarized below:

CHAPTER ONE
In this chapter, the focus is on THE SIX KEY THINK AREAS peculiar to
practicing ATLA, and their respective roles and importance in systems
thinking. It includes how these areas should be accommodated within
the system framework for effective thinking. You will learn how to
apply the three corner stones of the system, i.e. to think, to lead,
and to achieve, showing the phases of thinking how to move from
vision, to action, to outcome.

CHAPTER TWO
How should you TAKE CHARGE OF THE PROCESSES OF LEADING, THINKING, AND
ACHIEVING within the systems context? This interesting and exciting
process is described in chapter two. In this chapter, a distinction is
made between the three versions of the system framework, where each
will focus on a particular cycle of thinking. These are the simple,
abridged, and comprehensive versions, which are instrumental in
facilitating the think process.

CHAPTER THREE
Each of the three cornerstones is of major importance in the think
process. The role of leadership, and, in particular, self-leadership,
which you should conduct from a specific position in the system
framework is emphasized. From this position you will have a complete
view of the system framework, and how to conduct an innovative
combination of leadership functions to maintain systems thinking. In
this chapter, the emphasis is on HOW YOU SHOULD APPLY THE SIMPLE
VERSION OF THE SYSTEM FRAMEWORK TO PURSUE YOUR VISION AND PURPOSE.
Special emphasis is placed on formulating your goals, and objectives
within the framework of the purpose structure design.

CHAPTER FOUR
