Is It The Same As Flipping Properties?

more that the term "Flipping Properties" is being associated with

Some cities have gone as far as to pass legislation to control
illegal flipping activity.

Also confusing is that the word Flipping has been used to describe
Rehab Deals, Lease Option Deals and Wholesale Deals. I'm not talking
about renovating or leasing anything. I'm talking about moving

Webster's Dictionary definition of Wholesaling is "The Merchant
Middleman who moves inventory by selling chiefly to other businesses
who intend to resell that same inventory to the end consumer." That's
it in a nutshell. In our business the properties represent the
