The intention of this book is to share some of my life with you and
how I've been able to find a key. _My own key to a happy and fulfilled
life_.
EACH OF US HAS A STORY, A MESSAGE, A PASSAGE.
Write it down. It's your life, your journey. Tell your story and
tell it well.
You can do this by listening to your soul, through your heart. I

In doing this, I believe you will find your purpose in life through
understanding what your _Overriding Intention_ is. This is what I
believe everyone is searching for. It opens the door for the
individual to truly identify with themselves. No matter what has
happened in your life there are no excuses.
Imagine a world where everyone wrote their messages and passages
down and read them and share them without judgement. Imagine the
possibility of such communication, understanding and connection
between all of us.

Like you I have been on a journey for most of my life. Our paths
may have been similar. I have felt shame, abuse, fear, sadness,
courage, delight and most of all I have felt love.
It has taken me around 40 or so years to come to the understanding
that to truly heal myself, I had to listen to what was going on inside
of me, not anyone else. I started writing down the feelings that came
through and then I came to understand that these feelings were
messages, messages for me and so I wrote this book and with that, it
allowed me to say hello to my own soul.
_I gained an insight. I had opened myself up to allow a very
special gift to be received._
The truth is, you can't get this from anything or anyone, you can
give it to yourself. It is self love and with it comes an abundance of
pure unconditional love that flows from every cell of our being.
It creates intention and fueled with desire, it creates an amazing
life. When you have read this and then written your own version of
HELLO SOUL, I know you will have given yourself the true gift of life.
_THERE ARE NO EXCUSES_.
