I parked up and approached a waiter, explaining I was here to meet
Georges Philips, he took me over to a table of about ten people who
seemed to be having a really good time. I recognised Georges
immediately from the photo on the back of the CD’s I had originally

in front of me and the tastes, pleasure and laughter carried on late
into the night. Before leaving for my hotel I arranged to meet with
Georges up in his village the next morning.
When we met up the next day I finally got the opportunity I had

sat outside under the shade of the coffee shop. I asked Georges how
