ABOUT ME
My name is Suleiha Suguna and I come from a lineage of yoga
practitioners. I have practiced and taught this lovely art for over 40
years. My yogic journey began in India, at the tender age of 7, under
the tutelage and guidance of my father, Professor H.A. Rao, a world
renowned yogi. I run a yoga studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My
