Building Inspection Secrets
*

“WARNING”
DO NOT READ THIS UNLESS YOU
WANT TO SAVE THOUSANDS
FINALLY REVEALED AFTER YEARS OF BEING SHARED ONLY
BY INSIDERS AND BUILDING INSPECTORS

IT’S NO SECRET

YOU CAN HAVE THE INFORMATION THE
EXPERTS USE WHEN LOOKING AT REAL ESTATE

I have been building for 45 years; all manner of things from
out-houses (toilets with a hole in the ground), group housing,
architect designed ‘top of the market’  type houses, units,
flats, townhouses, high rise offices, apartments and everything in
between.

The lies and deceit that the ‘so called experts’ say or _things
they don’t say_ to prospective buyers horrify and amaze me.

I believe that everyone looking, or THINKING OF BUYING REAL ESTATE
should have the KNOWLEDGE and EDUCATION to know what to look for and
have a due-diligence checklist when inspecting real estate.

HAVE YOU BEEN THERE: applying emotion with no logic and no
due-diligence check list when looking at real estate?

THE SUCCESS OF BUYING ANY PROPERTY at the right price IS EDUCATION.

My name is Huw Davies and with my e-book “THE PRE-PROFESSIONAL
INSPECTION GUIDE TO PURCHASING PROPERTY” you will be able to inspect
any property you like, without having to pay for Building Inspectors
or other experts, who may not do as good a job as you.

FREE – DO IT YOURSELF

* What condition is the property in?

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN BUYING OR SELLING A
BUILDING “READ-ON”…

SOME GENERAL PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF BUILDINGS
AND WHEN THEY WERE BUILT.

One and two storey terrace type constructions built around 1980-1990
may have a problem with rising damp, rotting floors and timber,
sagging roofs, cracks due to subsidence or water build up, termite and
borer infestation.

_Small cottages, workman’s, or lower cost houses_ quite often
require new electrical wiring, new plumbing, re-roofing and extra
maintenance to the exterior.

Around 1910-1930 _Edwardian type houses_ were the ‘in thing’ and
now could need new roofs, down pipes, gutters and check to see if
there is any water damage.

A lot of _buildings circa 1970 with either one, two or more storeys_
were built of concrete slabs, concrete floors, brick veneer and double
brick walls – all seem to have an inherent problem of leaking
showers, cracks in the walls and ceilings, water seepage, plumbing
defects and concrete cancer.

Some _buildings constructed in the boom times_ have suffered from
ceramic tiles falling off and general finishes and painting not being
of a good standard because of the rush to build the next project.

WITH MY “THE PRE-PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION GUIDE TO PURCHASING
PROPERTY” AND A DUE-DILIGENCE CHECKLIST YOU WILL BE WELL AHEAD OF
ALL OTHER PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AND KNOW WHAT IS GOOD AND WHAT’S NOT.

If you have a building for sale, with the help of my e-book you
will be able to identify any problems that need to be rectified to
make the property more appealing and easier to sell, or you may
discount some things which the new owner may wish to do themselves.

IF YOU ARE NOT TOTALLY CONVINCED THAT THIS BOOK
“THE PRE-PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION GUIDE
TO PURCHASING’ PROPERTY”
AND A DUE-DILIGENCE CHECKLIST
WILL NOT DO ALL I HAVE PROMISED,
I WILL HAPPILY GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK
AND YOU CAN STILL KEEP THE BOOK.
