The thing that shocks me the most is that brokers do want to sell
your house, however do not want to sell against a 100% effort. In
other words, because they do not know better by not receiving any
extra profit on selling the house for the highest offer they can get.
Therefore the motivation of brokers is not what is should be. In fact
the only thing what brokers do think of, is to advice you to decrease
the selling-price of your house! This should not happen and will cost
you money! There are many other possibilities.

Brokers have less knowledge about how to present a house. It appears
that men fulfill the role as brokers often nowadays. According to my
experience men mainly have a technical approach when it comes to
business and have few knowledge about how to really present a house
strong and characteristic.
Details and sphere are often left out as important markers for
selling a house. In 90% of the cases, the woman decides if a house is
worth to look at!
This means that when a house is not presented well enough, less
potential buyers come by to have a look, which obviously means even
less chance to actually sell the house to a buyer!

That is right! Which means emphasizing the house its presentation is
of even more importance! This means a smart approach is needed! During
times of crisis we have noticed the decrease of house prices and
sales. A natural guess can say that in the near future it will become

Presentation of your house is the most important factor. The
advertisement and the pictures are the first introduction with your
potential buyer. I have researched several web pages of different
sizes where houses are put on for sale. They still ( tend to ) amaze
me in a negative way about the bad presentations of the offered
houses. This can lead to less viewers, and therefore buyers!
It is possible to present a house 'without' the expensive and major
investments, it is so easy and more comfortable!
