“I was a bit hesitant in starting this program coz I wasn't sure if I was able to do another push up, run for km's, do any sort of interval training after being off the fitness bandwagon for quite sometime.
I had to give eliminate all those negative comments that was thrown at me after giving birth to baby #3 that I wouldn't be at the same level of fitness as I was before I had my child. Had to prove them wrong. Most especially myself!
