It all started one cold morning, while rowing across the Delaware. A
hush falls over the boat. Not every man wanted to ride. But your
workout was there. He even had his pointy hat on.

When someone called upon you for a favor but he showed great
disrespect, someone was in the back listening. Offering advice and
guidance in the tense situation. Could it be someone that looked very
familiar to you?

Your workout gives you stability and offers support when times are
stressful. You can always look to your workout to get you back on
track and help you relieve the stresses of the day.

When the war was over, you thought you were the first sailor to gets
yours. Haha, silly boy. Who was keeping your girl company while you
were fighting? Oh, you know... Your workout. That kid was one of the
first pickup artists. He should've had a series on VH1. Believe it!

Oh, and you thought the "Space Race" was only between the United
States and Russia?? When no one wanted to take 4 G's in the face while
traveling in a tin can, your workout was there...You think those
astronauts would have had the strength to plunge the flag into the
moon soil??

We are all lucky your workout was onboard...

Your workout doesn't need the glory, it is selfless...and shirtless.


Ever kill a man with a trident? It wasn't "sex panther" that got
you the ladies, it was the deep burn. I don't know if you have heard,
but Ron Burgandy is kind of a big deal, and he has the guns and the
chest hair to back it up. Does it look like you have a family of
squirels living on your upper lip?

be low knees is stupid. I'm 13 and can squat 650 lbs, you weak..."
Your workout was there, helping you grow.
