The biggest problem in the Church today is not getting people saved. In fact we were not commissioned by the Lord to get people saved, but to take them further than that and make disciples of them. So many times in Churches all over the world we see the pattern being repeated where, as a result of a crusade, or pressure to come to Church a person makes a decision for the Lord, but, regrettably, in the weeks and months after that the person drifts away. We are like fisherman pulling in a great catch, and then watching it fall through the holes in our net. The First Thirty Days is designed to help keep the fish in the net.
The First Thirty Days provides a solid scriptural and theological foundation for new Christians, taking them through the basic beliefs of Christianity, how the Bible is set up, what prayer is about, spiritual warfare and more. All new converts at the church we attend are automatically given a copy of this book upon salvation, and many others who have been saved for a while, but have not got a sure footing yet have been given a copy.
The First Thirty Days is available in two ebook formats. The [Personal Edition](../html/personal.html) gives you a digital version of the book which can be read on your computer, or printed out on A4 paper using a standard photocopier.
The [Pastors and Leaders Version](http://1.andrews8.pay.clickbank.net) is also able to be read on screen, but has the advantage of being able to be printed (using most standard photocopiers) in an A5 book format, enabling pastors, evangelists and other leaders to make multiple copies in an easily distributable format. Use these to give to new Christians, use as a base for small groups - whatever you see as the need in your Church.

In writing The First Thirty Days we consulted a number of pastors and developed a list of topics that they felt were necessary in a tool like this. Once written the manuscript was sent for review by many of these people of God to ensure that the content was accurate.
