provided with optional academic and physiological homework. Grades are
earned based upon participation, performance and measured change. In
every instance where recommendations have been followed, participants
have more than exceeded the goals they set for themselves.

Time-poor participants work directly with the trainer to implement
coping strategies. Experience how when health is put first all other

BootCamps run as follows:

* Six-week blocks/cycles - because that’s how long it takes to
transform your behaviours to produce POWERFUL, easily sustained,
LIFESTYLE results.
* Sessions meet either 0600 and or 1800 (other times are available
for groups of 25+)
* Sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday
