What is this DVD about?
This DVD is designed to take your existing technique in the Squat, Swing, Turkish Get Up, Clean, Press, and Snatch and take it from averge to elite. The corrections in this DVD are for common mistakes in kettlebell technique that I as an instructor have seen repeated in some cases hundreds of times. Nothing in this DVD is a mistake I only saw once or twice, and I believe that even those of you who consider yourselves advanced will have a few 'forehead slapping' moments where you realize something you have been doing was not quite right. In addition to corrections for the aforementioned exercises on the DVD you will also receive a PDF book reviewing the corrections as well as some bonus material. Bonus material include some workout templates you can use, tips for passing the RKC snatch test, and much more. Among the workouts are the brutally simplistic step by step swing workouts that I use to prep all of my clients for learning the snatch and to build their strength and conditioning levels as much as possible with as little distraction as possible. This workout has never failed in 3 years of training clients to take a raw beginner from never having touched a kettlebell to hitting 400-500 swings 25 minutes of less with their given kettlebell.
Note: The PDF will be e-mailed to you by August 1st.
Who is it good for?
The material in this DVD is appropriate for everyone from the raw beginner, to the advanced practitioner, to certified instructors. The corrections contained in this DVD will help you refine your technique as well as help you spot mistakes in a client’s technique that you might otherwise miss. Want to get stronger? Learn how to properly pull your military press down, apply overspeed eccentrics to your swing and snatch, or increase your tension in the Turkish Get Up. Remember that strength comes from properly practiced technique.
What are people saying about the DVD?
“When I started kettlebell training in 2004, I had very little idea what I was doing and no instruction whatsoever. All I was doing was mimicking the movements I had seen other kettlebell lifters doing. This resulted in a gigantic bruise on the back of my forearm from improper clean and snatch technique. When you can’t wipe the sweat from your brow due to the pain in your forearm from the kettlebell crashing down on it rep after painful rep, you know you are doing something wrong. Eventually I figured it out, but I wish this product was around when I was starting out. I think it would have made a huge difference for me. I fully recommend Jordan Vezina’s DVD, the Corrections.”

"My points are:
1. This is definitely not one of those useless, but flashy dvds, and I am grateful for this...
2. You stick to the basics, and that is one of the biggest advantages of the DVD. You show details that many of us know already, but are probably not using actively.
3. The DVD is a big help for medium level kettlebell practitioners, but most of all it is mainly a very useful source for RKC instructors, kind of a video notes for the RKC manual.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the information, and I would definitely buy a copy."
Peter Lakatos RKC Team Leader
"I received an advance copy of Jordan's DVD the "Corrections" and was wondering what more could he come up with since I have seen all of his youtube videos already. I was lucky enough to have a kettlebell nearby when I started watching the DVD. I got so excited about a few of the corrections I had to pause the DVD to try them out for myself. I have always been amazed how small corrections can lead to big leaps in progress. Through out the DVD the corrections Jordan suggested made so much sense I couldn't wait to try them out on myself and my clients. For myself I found many "wtf" or like we say "Ah Ha" moments in the DVD. Jordan's Corrections DVD is filled with "Ah Ha" moments. If you own ETK this is a must have to help in perfecting your technique. I give the DVD 5 Stars!!!!!"
