Before I tell you more, let me tell you a little about myself. I mean, if you are going to buy the book about living your dreams, wouldn't you like to know that I am living my dreams? I would!
I was born in 1952 to a father who never knew his mom and a mother who lived a lonely life with an alcoholic father. In fact, you can say that both of my parents were dysfunctional. Plus my mom and dad lost their house, their business (a very small grocery store) and their reason to live. My dad and mom were both depressed physically and emotionally.
We lived in a low rental house at $39 dollars per month. That's $468 dollars per year without income. No life insurance. No support from relatives most of them were poor, drunk or broke. I worked myself through University living with my parents and supporting them physically and emotionally. Truly, we were poor (but I didn't know it at the time).
And believe me you don't know how difficult it is to be poor unless you go through it and become rich.
Incredibly my two sisters and brother moved out of the house when we lost nearly everything as a family. It was a nightmare. My brother was depressed and sick. My sister was brainwashed by a guru. And my oldest sister lost her small business and declared bankruptcy.

Two things.
One, physical exercise. At that time I started to run marathons. Iwasn't that fast a runner because I suffer from General Anxiety Syndrome (GAS), hypersensitivity and asthma. Plus I have tremors in the extremities of my arms and legs.
Now do you know how it feels to always shake when you sit still and hear your heart beat at nerve-racing speed ? Well that's what I have to deal with everyday.
In fact at that time, I started teaching physical education at the primary level when I was 21 and I was considered a great teacher. But the education system is built for those who want to conform not pursue their own destiny, talents and creativity.
And two, I love to read and learn from motivation, self-help and psychology books.
