Wrist Locks Author Keith Pascal Reveals The Practical Methods That Professional Martial Artists Use to Control Attackers and Aggressors.
"You Will Be Able to Apply Wrist Locks, Joint Locks, Arm Bars, Reversals, And Counters With Ease -- 100% Guaranteed!"
Dear Martial Enthusiast,
If you are looking for ways to shut down an aggressor's attack, if you want to be able to diffuse a potentially violent situation by controlling the person misbehaving, and if you want to instantly counter any lock that a martial artist tries to snap on you, then you need to keep reading....
You see, there are a lot of martial artists in the world. In fact, there are over FIVE million at any given time in the United States alone.
Unfortunately, only a small percentage can really make their wrist locks effective.
The majority claim they can joint lock, but it rarely proves to be true:
They don't know when to try to lock
Their opponents easily break free from the attempted lock
They don't know what to do when other martial artists wrist lock them
They find it impossible to put a wrist lock on a strong resister
They think there are only one or two locks out there
Once you have worked with the material I provde in this ebook, wrist locks and arm bars become easy.
Simple, in fact. (Although your moves will look very fancy to those not in the know.)
"Easy and enjoyable to read, the author's enthusiasm is infectious."
"As soon as I had read this book, I started noticing countless situations
in my training where a lock could be applied.
If you have never experimented with wrist locks you should definitely get
this book. If you know some locks but don't use them, this book will inspire
you to practice them and make them work.
Easy and enjoyable to read, the author's enthusiasm is infectious. You get
some good moves and tips, plus plenty of ideas to think about and figure
out for yourself.
You will definitely not be disappointed by this book.
Most impressive of all, the author invites you to e-mail him with any
questions or comments, and actually replies every time! This gives you the
feeling he is genuinely interested in helping you with your martial art, and
not just trying to make money from you."

I Am Sharing My Wrist Locks System with You
Before I tell you exactly what you'll be able to do once you have played around with these methods, I'd like to tell you a little about myself and how I came to be known as The Wrists Locks Expert.
My name is Keith Pascal, and I am a full-time martial arts author. I have written hardcover books, soft cover, ebooks, ebooklets, and articles about martial arts and self defense. I write for both off-line magazines and on-line ezines.
I have been practicing martial arts most of my life.
I started with judo at age six, then went to tae kwon do and shotokan karate in my teens. From my 20s on, I have focused on Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's style) and Twin Dragons Gung Fu (One of Bruce Lee's Original Students is the Grandmaster).
My training also includes a fair bit of Filipino martial arts and wing chun.
This book is a
winner.
"I ordered [Wrist Locks] ...and was amazed at the range of practical techniques,
and Keith's informative writing style. Have exchanged correspondence with
the author, and have found him to be most helpful.
I would highly recommend "Wrist Locks" to anyone who is in to self
improvement, whether experienced in the martial arts or not. This book is a
winner, and will be in my library for years to come..well done."
Steve Johnson: magazine manager, green belt in judo (Canada)
Why Wrist Locks and Joint Locks?
Would you like to know why I am so fascinated with wrist controls and arm bars?
It started when I was on my way to sign up for my first Tae Kwon Do lessons ...
While I was waiting to talk to the head instructor, another teacher who used the dojo (training studio) in the back, approached me and asked if I had chosen which style I was going to study.
I admitted that my parents' check was made out to Tae Kwon Do, and that I wanted to take lessons because of the flying kicks and ... the cool uniforms and arm patches. (I was very young.)
The martial-arts teacher asked me to attack him.
Almost before I started, I felt excruciating pain -- in my wrist.
He let me go and allowed me to try again.
I didn't have a chance against this teacher. He completely controlled my every move, with a extremely light touch. Not much pressure at all.
And no hitting.
Unfortunately, my check was made out to the other school. (I didn't meet up with this wrist-locks master again for years, but that's another story.)
Even though I didn't take lessons from the black belt in the back, my interest in wrist locking was ignited. I was hooked on the idea of finding others who could so completely control with single grabs and twists of the wrist. I was enthralled.
Soon -- I was disappointed. I either saw cheap imitations in the movies and on tv, or I saw pitiful attempts made by other martial artists.
You had to grab them just so -- you almost had to help these poor souls put the lock on you. Ok, it was worse that pitiful.
If I hadn't felt the real locks years before, I would have given up the search.
A Bruce Lee Student Sets Me on the Path
To say that Steve Golden set me on the path to effective wrist locks is an understatement.
He gave me my entire foundation, with additional information incorporated from Wally Jay, Bill Shaw, and a host of others.
Even though I met Steve Golden in 1976, I didn't start studying martial arts with him full time until 1980.
When I saw that Steve could end punching and kicking sequences by snapping on solid joint locks, I was hooked ... again.
Guest teachers would come to visit our class from all around. Most would never try a lock (remember how few can actually make them work). The few who did try to lock Steve or one of his students ... got their first taste of counters and reversals. EFFICIENT counters and reversals.
I wanted to be able to control with wrist locks and arm bars too.
And I learned how. Boy, did I learn how!
After 25 of teaching martial arts, 12 years of teaching high school, 2+ years of teaching college, owning a "how to" bookstore, and earning a Master's Degree that emphasized Teaching Methodology, I am considered an expert at showing people the most efficient ways of learning.
With Wrist Locks, you'll master these controls in no time.
"Talent for Both Writing and Teaching"
Keith Pascal is one of those rare
individuals ... a realistic martial artist with a talent for both writing
and teaching.
He tells it like it is with his own style of writing
-- with humor injected to keep things even more interesting.
I recommend
Mr. Pascal to anyone wanting good, realistic martial arts instruction
in any format.
