I’ve coached hundreds of people who are struggling to make their
lives work, to find balance and to stop the endless distractions that
steer them away from what they want. These distractions can include
limiting beliefs, unhealthy boundaries and relationships, overwhelmed
schedules, poor self-care and more.

Since 1989 I have worked with people from all walks of life on
personal and business matters, helping to facilitate personal growth
and maximize individual potential. My extensive background as a CPA,
relocation consultant, human resource manager, corporate trainer and
Pilates instructor, gives me insight into how to design a
well-balanced, fulfilling and impactful life. I am a graduate of The
Coaches Training Institute, an authorized Life Blueprint
Facilitator™ and an active member of the International Coach
Federation and the Christian Coaches Network.
