_A DIY EXPERIMENTAL SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM YOU CAN BUILD!_

Think of this as a complete modular system- allowing you to link
duplicates together

_Last Summer is one we won't forget too soon! With oil rising as
much as $150.00 a barrel, we soon experienced gas at over $4.15+ a
gallon._

_Fortunately, oil is now below $45.00 a barrel and $1.59 a gallon
gas at the pump. This is just a hunch but a good one- I believe we are
in the "lull before the storm," like being in the eye of a hurricane;
when it comes to oil rising to $150 a barrel again... even higher, in
the future!_

-------------------------

We have two choices basically; We can put up with it and its
associated costs or make an effort, over time, to become as much
self-sufficient as possible when it comes to generating our own energy
resources. Putting up with it is costly; trying to supplement our own
energy uses, costs upfront somewhat but in the long run can save
money.

_OKAY...__ so how can we go about saving energy costs? One way is by
introducing my_

_ DIY EXPERIMENTAL SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION MANUAL!_

This is where my _DIY_ Solar Water Heating System comes in. My
system is experimental, which means that it is not meant to heat an
entire house by itself. Although, you could run an experiment by
hooking my system's water loop into your hot water tank's water loop;
thereby using your hot water tank as the heat exchanger, rather than
building a separate heat exchanger. Doing that would save gas or
electricity used in heating water in your hot water tank.

That is just a suggestion and if you're not sure on how to go about
doing that, have someone that knows about plumbing, give you a hand.
Or, you could hook up the heat exchanger described in my manual, to
your hot water heater's water loop.

But basically, my system is really meant to give you a good working
knowledge of what a system for heating water might entail. From this
experience, you can upgrade, upsize or build more systems and tie them
together for greater output. You could even redesign the heat pipe
assembly (described in my manual) to use air as the working medium to
carry heat where you want it, rather than water.

_ If you have ever had the inclination to build your own
experimental Solar Water Heating System but wasn't sure how to get
started, then my Solar Water Heating Construction Manual, is just the
information you need to do so. It is a profusely illustrated,
step-by-step manual in Adobe's digital .PDF format._

I built the system you are about to find out about and had a lot of
fun doing so! You can reproduce the very same system over a couple of
weekends- sooner if you're really handy with tools. The average
handy-man experience in fixing things around the house or working on
your auto, should be ample experience enough to build my solar water
heating system.

It is complete with how to build each of the sub-assemblies you will
need to build the entire system. It includes the trough mirror
sub-assembly, heat-pipe sub-assembly, mirror trough mount
sub-assembly, heat exchanger sub-assembly and an electronic motor-pump
control circuit that runs off of a 12 volt battery. I then bring all
of this together in one section and explain the operation of my system
in the last section of my construction manual.

-------------------------

_ HERE IS WHAT YOU GET IN MY CONSTRUCTION MANUAL:_

A 45 page manual broken down into eight sections; six assembly
sections, each describes what sub-assembly you are about to build,
with a complete list of parts needed, illustrations with dimensions
and step-by-step instructions for each sub-assembly and the last two
sections are the general setup and operation sections. It's a
can't-go-wrong method and the complete file is in Adobe's .PDF format.
I even provide two links to software that can read .PDF files. Both
can be downloaded and installed. Both programs are freeware.

THE SIX MAIN SECTIONS ARE:

1. Heat Pipe sub-assembly............................
Over-all drawing of assembly, parts list, illustrations & assembly

2. Mirror Frame sub-assembly.......................
Parts list, illustrations and assembly

3. Mirror Support Stand sub-assembly.........
Parts list, illustrations and assembly

4. Heat Exchanger sub-assembly..................
Parts list, illustrations and assembly

5. D.C. Motor Control sub-assembly.............
Parts list, wiring diagram, illustrations and assembly

6. D.C. Motor Control Stand sub-assembly..
Parts list, illustrations and assembly

THE LAST TWO SECTIONS ARE:

7. Mechanical Setup.................................
Where it all comes together

8. Operation of the System.......................
Operation of the entire system

You get my entire profusely illustrated manual, with step-by-step
instructions to build each sub-assembly and then bring it all together
into a working system. From the information I provide, you will have a
good working knowledge of a basic solar water heating system. From
there, you can experiment with my system to increase it's efficiency,
use different assembly techniques, different materials and even
different ways of collecting the Sun's energy. Different oils could be
used to collect and transfer heat energy instead of water.

The total price for my manual is only $7.95. That's it! Not only
is my manual a _DIY_ construction manual, it is also a course into the
exciting world of _ ALTERNATIVE ENERGY_, now coming into the
forefront.

_Downloading my manual in Adobe's .PDF format is immediate from
another web page after payment. Download times may very from computer
to computer._
