About The Program Creators
Barbara Vinciguerra, MS, NASM-PES ([barbv@expertfitnesshc.com](mailto:barbv@expertfitnesshc.com))
Barbara is co-owner of Expert Fitness Health Club, a 17,000 square foot health club located in Westfield, Massachusetts. She has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over twenty three years. She is also an adjunct professor in the Movement Science Department at Westfield State College. Her career goals focus on helping people improve their health and well being. To that end, she develops unique programs, such as The Ultimate Weight Loss Exercise and Meal Plan Program, in which she shares her knowledge, and provides the necessary level of individualized attention for people to achieve success. She was the Assistant Sports Psychology Consultant for the 1994 U.S. National Field Hockey Team, and the 1996 U.S. Olympic Field Hockey Team. Barb has also worked with various professional and amateur athletes as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. She was a two sport athlete at Springfield College, where she was Co-Captain of the Nationally Ranked NCAA Division I Field Hockey Team and was also a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team. Her senior year, she was named the Springfield College Female Athlete of the Year.

Jill Monaco, MPT, NASM-PES ([jill@experfitnesshc.com](mailto:jill@experfitnesshc.com))
Jill is co-owner of Expert Fitness Health Club, a 17,000 square foot health club located in Westfield, Massachusetts. She is a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in the rehabilitation of orthopaedic injuries including those that required surgical intervention. She specializes in developing individualized exercise programs which address the specific needs and required skills that are necessary for fat loss and muscle gain. Her undergraduate degree is from Yale University were she was a member of the Varsity Softball Team and a Second Team All Ivy League Selection. Jill earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University and is also a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also Expert Fitness Health Club's Director of Personal Training and Director the Sport and Athletic Performance Academy a sport specific training program dedicated to youth sports.
