Meet Your New Coach…
My name is Richard Bernier, better known as Coach B. I co-owned a fitness studio in the Orlando, Florida area helping clients to lose unwanted weight. I was able to get over-weight to obese people down in their weights where they were living a better life.

I coached a competitive boys U16 soccer team to a cup championship and I am currently coaching a youth soccer team in the competitive division in Florida Youth Soccer League.
My formal education consists of a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA. I have been a finance executive for more years than I am willing to admit. This is how I came up with my program. I traveled and spent many hours working. The question was how could I get an effective workout in with my busy schedule.
