When nothing else seemed to work I turned to self improvement and
read all the books I could find. I tried positive thinking, I tried
visualization and affirmations, but nothing worked.
Then My Life Changed...
I knew that affirmations and visualizations work, because they
worked for others. I just didn't know what I was doing wrong or what I
needed to do to create the conditions that would allow these tools to
