Dear Mixed-Martial Artist,
My name is Eric Wong and I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) specializing in helping mixed-martial artists like you bring your conditioning to an elite level through efficient training programs. I'm based in Hamilton, Ontario and work with Jeff Joslin and many of the athletes at his club and affiliated clubs in the area.
I'm about to share with you my exact program that helps MMA fighters have conditioning as another weapon just like Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but first I’d like to share a story about how one of my athletes completely changed his game...
Make sure you're not making these
5 crucial conditioning mistakes that
might cause you to TAP OUT...
Simply enter your e-mail address and name and you'll instantly receive my Special Report, "The Top 5 Conditioning Mistakes by MMA Fighters" ($29.95 value), completely free.

First Name E-mail
It was August 7 and Ray “The Hitman” Penny came to me because he had a fight coming up and had concerns about his conditioning. He’d never been out of the first round before and didn’t feel confident if the fight had to move to the second, let alone the third.
This was our first meeting and I performed a full assessment on him to see what he was made of. When I first meet with a new athlete, I do a full history, go over their current training schedule, measure body composition, strength, endurance, flexibility, and their current level of conditioning in a variety of tests.
It was worse than I thought.
One round of one of my ‘cardio’ workouts and he was toast. I call my cardio workouts 'NRG System Complexes' because they test your body's 3 energy systems simultaneously. What I could see was that all 3 systems needed work, meaning that once the pace of a fight was elevated, Ray wouldn't be able to keep up.
Ray said that he felt "totally spent" after that one, 5 minute workout.
Have you ever felt this way in training or a fight?
You feel pretty good and then the pace gets pushed a bit and then you gas out pretty quickly?
If so, you know it's a terrible feeling.
On top of that, he had a pre-existing injury that needed to be worked around.
I knew I had my work cut out for me. But one thing that I saw, was that he was willing to work hard and follow the plan. This is crucial, and is why I knew I could help him.
Fast forward to November 23, and Ray calls me after his fight against Dwayne Lewis and left a pretty excited message on my answering machine.
Ray pulled out a decision victory against a guy who he was worried about outlasting him, when in fact, it was Ray who was imposing his will at the end of the fight. Hear what he had to say after training on The Ultimate Strength and Conditioning Program for MMA Fighters:
Elevated Conditioning to a Whole New Level
Ray "The Hitman" Penny, Pro MMA Fighter
If You're Nervous About Your
Conditioning, Your Skills Will Suffer
Are you completely confident in your level of conditioning, or do you know that it could be vastly improved?
If you're not totally confident in your conditioning, then you've got a right to be nervous.
Sooner or later, no matter how skilled you are, you're going to go the distance. You know it and I know it.
And if you're not sure if you're capable of surviving at the end of the 3rd round, your game is going to change.
If you're scared of the fight going to the third round, you'll open yourself up more to go for the quick win, leaving yourself vulnerable to being KO'ed.
I know exactly how you feel. I was a nervous wreck at my first BJJ tournament. I was calm and cool until the ref yelled, "Fight!" then it all went down hill.
Because of my nerves, I couldn't think clearly enough to pull off the moves I could normally do with ease during training.
After watching video of my fight, I could see exactly what I should've done. But during the fight, my mind was completely blank.
When I grabbed my opponents collars I must've been gripping with all my strength because by the end of the match I couldn't move my hands.
Luckily I pulled out the win by points, and went on to fight 4 more matches, placing 4th out of 52 competitors.
But that first match took a ton out of me and I didn't have any more explosiveness left because my nervous system was shot.
I was upset that I couldn't pull off the moves that I could easily do in training.
So if you're not following a program that's been proven to elevate your strength and conditioning where it counts the most - in the octagon - then you're leaving yourself open to losing a fight due to nerves.
Finally, You Can Have Supreme
Confidence In Your Conditioning
Before you read any further, consider these questions and check the box if your answer is 'YES':
Have you been doing the same workouts in the gym, over and over?
Would you dedicate 1 hour, 3 times a week if you knew you could develop a rock-solid core, explosive power and cardio that will leave you ready for more?
Do you want to learn a program that is based on science and proven in the octagon?
Are you ready for grueling conditioning workouts that will prepare you to go the distance and be fresh at the end of it?
Does your current strength and conditioning routine demand too much time or leave you too tired and sore to effectively train your mixed-martial arts skills?
If you answered YES to any of the above questions, then you'll want to keep reading...
"Why are you sharing your secrets?"
To be honest, I'm not sharing my secrets solely for you. I'm being a bit greedy, and the reason why I'm sharing everything I've learned through years of research and experience is because I'm not just a coach, I'm also a fan, like you.
I love watching two athletes step into the cage to test their skills against each other. I follow the UFC, as well as the smaller organizations, especially when my athletes are competing.
What really gets me upset is when a fighter, who may be a highly skilled mixed-martial artist, gasses out and can't execute any techniques, and usually ends up losing a fight that they could have won if they had been in shape.
The best fights are those where neither athlete gets tired at all and the winner is the athlete who is able to outclass their opponent.
So I figured I'd release this program to the public in the hopes of elevating the level of conditioning of mixed-martial arts, to make my favourite sport more enjoyable to watch.
More Than Enough Gas for the UFC
"Eric Wong is my secret weapon. The peak conditioning level he pushes me to reach before each fight gives me extreme confidence in the cage."
Jeff Joslin, UFC Fighter
Introducing the Ultimate MMA
Strength and Conditioning Program
I talk with a lot of mixed-martial artists, since I do BJJ. What I found was that I’d usually hear the same questions over and over, such as:
How many times a week should I lift weights/do cardio since I’m doing MMA?
What exercises are the best for MMA?
I don’t have enough time to do extra conditioning. Do I actually need it since I’m training MMA 5 days a week?
I’m doing one day of chest, one day of back, one day for legs, one day for arms and shoulders. Is this a good split?
You see, most of the athletes who ask me these questions are just like you: they use Google to try and find a proper program, or they go on forums and post their questions and get responses from armchair coaches (mostly 13 year old kids).
Or they’ll buy magazines for the latest workouts, but unfortunately, these sources all provide you with one thing that you don’t need: confusion. There’s so much conflicting info coming from all angles: it’s like fighting off four opponents at once.
Most Mixed-Martial Artists Are Totally Confused
About How To Train To Improve Their Performance
And so I created the Ultimate MMA Strength and Conditioning Program with the goal of completely removing the confusion about how to train for maximum mixed-martial arts performance.
You'll learn exactly:
How and when to perform conditioning workouts, strength training, power training and more for peak performance
The most efficient conditioning routines ever that will give you cardio for days in 25 minutes or less per workout (if you're doing cardio for longer than 25 minutes, you're wasting time that would be better spent training your skills)
The exact exercises that will improve the power of your MMA techniques (you're not a bodybuilder, so don't train like one)
That’s why there are no ‘shoulder days’ or ‘chest days’ in this program. Each workout is designed with a specific goal in mind as an overall part of the program to improve what you need to throw more powerful punches, execute explosive takedowns, and pull off slick submissions, without leaving you sore and with no energy for your skills training. That way you won't develop bad habits that might get you knocked out.
Plus, since you're probably just like most of the athletes I train, you know that strength and conditioning is crucial, but you need to find an effective program that takes into consideration the fact that you have a life outside of MMA training.
So there are 3 things that you need when looking for a MMA specific conditioning program.
The 3 Most Important Aspects of a
Strength and Conditioning Program
for MMA Fighters
It has to get results where it counts – in the cage
It’s got to be a simple, step-by-step program that lays out exactly what to do and when to do it (after all, this is a program for fighters)
It must be efficient so that guys who do MMA but also have jobs or families can follow the program completely, without sacrificing their lives
"So, does this program get results?"
Just ask Rory...
Increased Cardio, Strength, and Explosiveness
"I owe my solid conditioning base to Eric. As a professional fighter conditioning is king. Even more important, however, is having enough confidence in your conditioning to give 100% effort in the ring for the duration of the fight, without worrying about gassing out.
Eric's program gave me that confidence. The regimen drastically improved my cardio, strength, and my explosiveness."
Rory McDonell, Pro MMA Fighter
"Is the program easy to follow?"
Watch this 40 second video to see just how easy I've made this program for you to follow:
Now even though the program is easy to follow, that doesn’t mean that you don’t have to work hard.
When you train, you’ve got to put your game face on and give it all you’ve got.
"Yeah, but I just don't have the time."
Now I'm not going to lie to you here, you do have to put the time in to get the gains you want. I'm not going to promise that you'll get the conditioning of a UFC champion in only 5 minutes a day.
The bottom line is that I know that you aren’t a full-time pro fighter – you’ve got a job, relationships, and other duties to attend to. You can’t be in the gym 6 hours a week on top of MMA training and sparring unless you want to lose your job and eat hot dogs by yourself all day.
I mean, if you’re a pro fighter making 5 or 6 figures a fight, then you probably don’t need this program since you’ve got all the time in the world to train, live, and breathe MMA.
But with this program, you'll make gains and all you have to do is dedicate up to 1 hour, 3 days a week max to your conditioning program. Depending on the phase of the program, you may even only need 2 sessions a week.
The thing is, if you’re training more than that, then your MMA skills are going to suffer. And if you're training less, your skills will suffer just as much.
This is a complete program based on only what is relevant to a mixed-martial artist. You see, workouts are great, but they aren’t put together with an end goal in mind, other than to make you feel like you’ve worked hard. A true program contains phases that build from one workout to the next, for one ultimate goal, which is to be a monster in the cage.
Here’s just a small sample of what you’ll learn when you download the program today:
My closely guarded periodized training program - You'll peak your strength and conditioning perfectly for your fight so that you're powerful from the opening bell to when your hand is inevitably raised.
A simple and powerful method of tracking your workouts - Use this method and you're guaranteed to consistently get stronger, more fit, and more feared by your opponents and training partners.
The most common mistake when training for power - Most fighters think they're training to be more powerful, but they're really doing the opposite and wasting their time.
Exercises to prevent the most commonly injured joints in MMA - leave these out of your program and you can say goodbye to all the gains you've worked so hard for.
Conditioning workouts that put standard cardio and intervals to shame - you'll feel like an animal after 2 weeks of these workouts and you'll be able to go the distance with confidence.
An effective warm-up specific for mixed-martial arts - prevent injury and increase your MMA specific flexibility with this 5 minute warm-up.
How to properly use hardcore exercises - stop flipping tires mindlessly and start training like an athlete, not a caveman!
Exclusive access to an online video library - see all of the exercises and workouts used in the program in action instead of being confused trying to follow an exercise through a written description.
In short, this program is like having your own strength and conditioning coach in your corner. You'll be the most feared competitor in a match and training!
Amazing Cardio and Recovery Between Matches
"My cardio felt amazing, as did my recovery between matches...I came a long way since Dec... that was exactly how I want to feel, and look forward to keep pushing it and moving forward!"
Jack Szatko, 2007 Joslin's Canadian Open Champ
"So how much does this all cost?"
First of all, let's talk about what this is worth.
How much is it worth to you to finally have the confidence that no matter how hard you push, you've still got gas left in the tank?
I charge $70 for an hour session of one-on-one time with me, and I can't even come close to providing all of this info in one hour. It would take me at least 16 sessions to get through the info, which would cost you $1120, and that's if you're a quick learner.
I've invested tens of thousands of dollars in my education, hundreds of hours training fighters, and hundreds of hours putting this program together to make it as simple and complete as possible.
I could easily charge over a hundred dollars for this program, simply because the way you'll feel in training and competitions after following this program for just 12 weeks is absolutely priceless.
When you order, you'll have a complete strength and conditioning program for MMA that’s been proven in the octagon. If you're serious about being in peak physical condition for MMA, then you'll regret not getting this program, because...
The cost of this program is only $97 $57.
Let's be honest, you've probably spent double this amount of money in one night at the bar - and that only leaves you with a hangover (and maybe some funny stories). Ordering this program will leave your opponents feeling like they have the hangover from how you'll be imposing your will on them.
When you order this program, you get everything immediately, as this is a digital product. I decided to publish this program as a digital product for 2 main reasons:
To save you money on shipping charges that just keep going up and up.
So that I could link the exercises in the book to videos, so you can click and see the exercise in motion instead of just looking at pictures.
Thus, I can let the program go for this small amount of money because I don't have any book printing or DVD publishing costs, so you win and I win.
So for the same price as an Affliction t-shirt, you'll instantly receive a program that will raise everybody's level of respect for you.
Do you want to be the one nobody wants to roll with? Then don't delay, order now.
